Cows (heifers): Zeus turned Hera's priestess Io into a white heifer and gave her to Hera, and Hera put the transformed girl under guard by the hundred eyed Argos Panoptes. Hermes killed Argos by playing music (being called Argeiphontes "Argos slayer" after) and freed Io, who Hera cursed with a gladfly (or the spirit of Argos Panoptes) and she after wandered, lost and pained by it, until she came to Egypt. Hera is also called Boopis (cow-eyed).

Cuckoos : Zeus seduced Hera in the shape of a cuckoo and the pair were wed in a secret ceremony.

Crane: Gerana/Oinoe a Pygmean woman, and wife of their king, Nicodamas, by whom she became the mother of Mopsus she was highly esteemed and praised for her beauty among the Pygmies, she despised the gods, especially Artemis and Hera, who in revenge metamorphosed her into a crane. In this state she always fluttered about the place in which her son Mopsus dwelt, until she was killed by the Pygmies. Rhea was the mother of Hera.

Hera definitely had three kids with Zeus: Ares (Mars) (war god), Hebe (Juventas) (goddess of youth), and Eileithyia (Lucina) (goddess of birth-pain). According to different myths Hera had Hephaestus (god of the forge) by herself, or with Zeus.
