What are the signs of a illegal immigrant?
It's easier to prove they ARE legal. There's not a database or list of names of illegal aliens anywhere. By US law, employees must present either a) a valid picure ID AND social security card or b) an Alien Registration card to be hired. There are counterfeit documents, but normally you can tell either a) the picture doesn't match or b) they look fake. If you've seen someone's ID and social security card, or Alien Registration card, there's a good chance they are legal. If they're employed by a reputable firm with more than 100 employees, chances are they are legal. Don't assume just because someone's English isn't perfect, that they are an illegal immigrant.

Can an illegal immigrant get a divorce in the US?
Divorce law is governed by each individual state in the US. If a person meets the minimum residency requirement of their state (usually six months or so) they can go to court and request a divorce. Residency just means living in the state. It is not the same as citizenhip. A valid US divorce is valid in all parts of the US. Mexican law and treaties determine whether a US divorce decree is valid in Mexico. A certified transcript of the US divorce may have to be presented in Mexico to make it valid in Mexico. See: Illegal Alien Divorce for a more complete answer.
Can an illegal immigrant fly to Hawaii?
a felon would commit a felony, so in any place im aware of, they would be arrested. I suspect you are asking, "Can a person with a previous felony conviction travel to Hawaii?" If this is the case, and the sentence has been satisfied, then, yes. There are restrictions in only two states of which I am aware: Nevada and Montana. Both require that all with previous felony convictions register within (I believe) 24 hours of entering the state if their intent is to remain for 24 hours or more. All residents in these two states who have a felony conviction record are required to register with law enforcement. There is no such requirement for Hawaii. There may be restrictions on where you may travel within the state depending on what type of conviction is on your record.
If, as the previous er surmised, you have not been sentenced or the sentence has not been satisfied due to an escape or fugitive status, then travel would be ill advised.

What will lower an expatriate managers probability of success?
When managers take expatriates assignments abroad, they expect employees to understand the manager's culture. Sometimes, it's not as easy as it seems. Employees have their own way of working, dealing with management. In some countries, it's very important to get into the personal level with your employees, in some others it's not possible. On the other hand, managers might find it hard to adapt to the new culture. As a matter of fact, there are many websites that help expatriates cope with the new culture the expatriate starts her life in. I specifically found an interesting website that connects expatriates in the world: (http://www.linkexpats.com). I heard of people using its connecting services, and some other who even met others of the same culture. Another website I found, however was not to the level I was expecting, is expatriates.com

Ideally these consist of:
The right to warmth, food, and shelter, freedom of religion, legal representation, fair trial, etc. Mostly the same as America. In actuality people freeze, starve and die of exposure. Legal representation is a function of how much you can pay. Fair trials are belied by the frequent wrongful conviction cases and freedom of religion is at the discretion of the majority. Mostly the same as America. The law, in its majestic equality, forbids the rich, as well as the poor, to sleep under the bridges, to beg in the streets, and to steal bread. ~ Anatole France

Should illegal immigrants be shipped back to their own country?
Yes, illegal immigrants should be deported because they didn't have respect for the country they illegally entered. It is also an affront to any person who took the time and effort to enter legally. Send them back. They should at least have the respect to immigrate the right way.
The illegal immigrants are breaking the "law". They shouldn't be here. Illegal immigrants don't pay taxes and our citizens have difficulties in getting jobs because of the illegal immigrants. It doesn't matter how hard illegal immigrants work or how bad they have it in their own country, or how many loved ones would be hurt by their deportaion. They are committing a crime and should be punished and deported.
