It's easier to prove they ARE legal. There's not a database or list of names of illegal aliens anywhere. By US law, employees must present either a) a valid picure ID AND social security card or b) an Alien Registration card to be hired. There are counterfeit documents, but normally you can tell either a) the picture doesn't match or b) they look fake. If you've seen someone's ID and social security card, or Alien Registration card, there's a good chance they are legal. If they're employed by a reputable firm with more than 100 employees, chances are they are legal. Don't assume just because someone's English isn't perfect, that they are an illegal immigrant.

The most common push factor is poor prospects in the country of origin. Contrary to a widespread misconception the very poorest usually don't have the money to migrate. Other push factors include harassment and persecution.

Divorce law is governed by each individual state in the US. If a person meets the minimum residency requirement of their state (usually six months or so) they can go to court and request a divorce. Do not take advise from anyone that can't spell a lot. Trust me it is not alot or even aloooot. it is and always will be ( A LOT) two words. I am not sure if they are right or not, but at the same time. if they can not spell, well I think that says it all.

The penalties are that you are subject to arrest and deportation at any time. Your visa would be cancelled (if caught) and it will be difficult to get another visa/overstay waiver. Finally, unless you marry a US citizen, you cannot adjust your status while you are an overstay.

Yes, illegal immigrants should be deported because they didn't have respect for the country they illegally entered. It is also an affront to any person who took the time and effort to enter legally. Send them back. They should at least have the respect to immigrate the right way.

The illegal immigrants are breaking the "law". They shouldn't be here. Illegal immigrants don't pay taxes and our citizens have difficulties in getting jobs because of the illegal immigrants. It doesn't matter how hard illegal immigrants work or how bad they have it in their own country, or how many loved ones would be hurt by their deportaion. They are committing a crime and should be punished and deported.
