But I will list some Korean food below, for I think that's what you really wanted the answer to say:
Those are only a few foods that Koreans eat. Koreans eat all kinds of food, just like Americans don't eat only American food but Chinese food and Japanese food and the ocasional Italian food. So it is impossible to list everything that Koreans could eat. =) I hope I have been some help!

What was the significance of the 38th parallel before the Korean War?
At the end of World War II, the governments of the United States and the Soviet Union decided that the Soviet Union would invade the Japanese held territories of mainland Asia south to the 38th Parallel and the United States would invade north to the same point. In 1948,with a failure to unite the two areas, elections were held and the new South Korea came under the power of Syngman Rhee. Kim Il-sung took power in North Korea.
On June 25 June, 1950, communist North Korean forces crossed the 38th parallel into democratic South Korea.
The 38th parallel, as the pre-war boundary between the countries, became the focal point for negotiations of a cease fire.
There has been no peace treaty, only a cease fire. The 38th parallel continues to be the most highly defended border in the world across the 3 mile wide Demilitarized Zone (DMZ).

Well many wars dozens really. But the main ones were the Korean War, Vietnam War, the Soviet-Afghan war. There were many wars where the USSR and the USA didn't directly fight. What country did the war take place in the middle east?
Technically the "Middle East" is Southwest Asia. The word "Orient" means EAST. The "Middle Orient" would actually be India, Afghanistan, etc. Iraq, Israel, Jordon, Syria, etc. are actually in Southwest Asia; Turkey used to be called ASIA MINOR. Southeast Asia is Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Burma, etc. "Occident" means WEST. Mis-titling started during WW1 when Britain began releasing their colonies in Southwest and Central Asia (Arab nations and India). Since Britain was the primary colony holder in the world, the US has followed their lead in using British naming systems. Britain termed Asian countries based upon the distance the country was from Great Britain. Example: if an Asian country was close to England, such as Turkey, it was ASIA MINOR or the NEAR EAST. If an Asian country such as Japan was far from England, it was the FAR EAST. The Korean War was fought in the Far East (Far Orient), Eastern Asia; Korean Peninsula. The Vietnam War was fought in the Far East (Far Orient), Southeast Asia. The Six-Day Arab-Israeli War was fought in Southwest Asia (Southwest Orient); or to use the old British term the "Near East or ASIA MINOR". The Yom-Kipper War, Arabs vs Israel fought in the same areas noted above. Operation Desert Storm (January thru Febuary 1991) was conducted in Southwest Asia (Iraq). Or in the old British term, the "NEAR EAST or ASIA MINOR." Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003 to present) same as above. Afghanistan Operations would be closer to the MIDDLE EAST (Middle Orient). Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan, India are flanked on both sides with Asian countries (Far East and Far West Asians).

Why did the US intervien in the Korean war when they didnt in china?
In 1949, at the end of the Chinese Civil War, millions (like 99%) of Chinese people believed in Communism/Socialism and Maoism (Which are pretty much the same thing). Everyone basically 'worshiped' Mao Zedong. At that point, when Mao won the war, the US refused to recognize the Communism China as a country. That worsen the US<>China relation. Even if the US intervened with the communism in China, it would have not helped. Mao Zedong was a genius, in charismatic skills, political/government control skills and being one of the most influential people in the world. The only effect if US did intervened would be war. The Cold War, happened recently after WWII. The US couldn't risk a war after being healed from a great war.
The Koreans affair, was different. In that scenario, there's at least a fighting chance, in China, everyone already believed in communism. There's at least the South Koreans to fight against the Communism North Korea. Hope that answered your question!
What was one concern associated with both the Korean war and the Vietnam war?
Korea was 5 yrs after WWII; but the concern was WWIII.
Vietnam was some yrs after Korea; but a repeat of Korea was to be avoided.
After Vietnam, the issue, for the US, was redeeming prestige; which was accomplished with Operation Desert Storm in 1991.
