You feel too much pain during mensus why?

It is quite possible you have a condition called endometriosis.

from Wikipedia:

Endometriosis (from endo, "inside", and metra, "womb") is a debilitating gynecological medical condition in females in which endometrial-like cells appear and flourish in areas outside the uterine cavity, most commonly on the ovaries. The uterine cavity is lined by endometrial cells, which are under the influence of female hormones. These endometrial-like cells in areas outside the uterus (endometriosis) are influenced by hormonal changes and respond similarly as do those cells found inside the uterus. Symptoms often worsen in time with the menstrual cycle.

Endometriosis is typically seen during the reproductive years; it has been estimated that it occurs in roughly 5% to 10% of women.[1] Symptoms may depend on the site of active endometriosis. Its main but not universal symptom is pelvic pain in various manifestations. Endometriosis is a common finding in women with infertility.[2]

from me:

Endo is most often misdiagnosed. There are no blood tests that can diagnose it, no xray, no ultrasound. It can get worse over time and can often last nearly three weeks. There are four stages, stage four being the worst. This is what they found when they performed a laproscopy on me brought on by a finding of tumours and cysts during an ultrasound. Before I even had a chance to worry about it being cancer, they had to perform a complete hysterectomy (double oomphectomy and removal of uterus, leaving only the cervix) and at thirty-six years old I was told there would be no more children for my husband and I.

The loss of the ovaries has been a huge burden that never seems to end.

If you are having unusually painful periods, suggest this to your doctor and as a last resort, request a laproscopy to find out if you have endo. There are many ways of living with it while at the same time preventing it's spread without having to lose your ovaries. It can be genetic! Talk to your mother, or other women in your family, and keep communication open with your daughters, if you have them.

Its Sunday and you are in real pain and the dentist does not open until Tuesday What can you do to relieve the pain You have taken two 200mg of Ibuprofen but its still hurting. Any suggestions?

You can expect maximum relief from 800mg Ibuprofen. Additionally, if you can see a cavity on the tooth in pain, a few drops of oil of cloves may give temporary relief. Any pharmacy should carry topical pain relievers for toothache pain.

Does ttp cause pain?

I am unsure of the answer, but I can report that over a year ago I was diagnosed with a severe case of TTP. I was 1st treated with antibiotics, then plasmapheresis and finally they used the chemo drug, Rituxin. The chemo lasted about 6 months until I was considered in "remission". Since then, I have suffered from carpal tunnel in both hands and feet. The worst is the constant pain I feel in my legs and lower back, all of which were not an issue prior to the disease. So you can decide on your own, but the doctors still are unsure of what is causing my pain, none will say that the TTP caused it, but rack it up to the treatments and say these are side affects from them.

Could an abscessed tooth be the cause of pain over your entire body for the past 2 months if you are 61 and have always had problems with your teeth?

If an absessed tooth is causing your entire body to hurt, then you have a serious infection. But that's probably not it (*I am not a medical professional*). Do you have a fever? Body aches could be anything from arthritis, the flu or a change in the weather. Please contact a medical professional to be sure. ~ T

How often does this occur? Daily? occasionally? once a month? Are you pregnant?

If you are NOT pregnant, and is occurring only occasionally, or monthly... it may be ovulatory pain called "middle-shmertz".

If you are NOT pregnant and this is more often than one a month.. Please be seen by your health care provider (hcp) it could be an appendix issue.

If you ARE pregnant, CONGRATS! This could just be ligaments stretching to accomodate your growing uterus.

Blessings.

What if you feel lower back pain with your heartbeat?

One cause of back pain can be an aortic aneurysm... The aorta is the main large artery (about 1-11/2 inches in diameter) that carries the blood from the heart through the middle of the body, and has lots of arteries that go out to the stomach, intestines, kidneys, etc. It splits just below the kidneys and becomes the left & right Iliac arteries and goes into each leg [copy & paste this into your browser to see what I'm talking about: http://www.bartleby.com/107/illus531.html ]... (leave off the brackets) What is worrying about your question, is that in some people the aorta becomes stretched out of shape (like blowing up a long skinny balloon), and eventually it can rupture, leading to very bad consequences... It could be that when your heart beats (and you have this "aneurysm"), it could be making the aorta bulge out a little and stretching the nerves in the wall of this aorta, causing you to have this pain you mention. You really need to get to a medical doctor and have him check you ASAP. One of the tests he should run is called an "abdominal ultrasound"; in cases of questionable results (or to confirm the findings) will be to get an abdominal MRI and/or CT to confirm an aneurysm, and also to see just how large in diameter and how long it is. Please do NOT put this off...
