I wouldn't use a lotion that has perfume, but something made for a rash. You may have a yeast infection and the creams sold over the counter for that will work on a rash associated with it. You may have an STD, some have a rash as part of it, so go to the doctor.

it is impossible to actually scratch a hole in your neck. go to the doctor to see what cream they have for that.

I'm not positive, but my 9 month old ate some whip cream the other day and threw up. I gave him regular yogurt and he threw again. I started feeding him baby yogurt and he seemed fine, but two days later he has a rash all over his upper body. I think that's from the dairy. It doesn't seem to bother him.
