For some reason, female humans apparently often say something other than what they actually mean and are terminally confused by the fact that male humans usually dosay what they actually mean, leaving the females insisting on looking for hidden meaning even though there isn't any.

Be nice to him so he can be nice to you, because how do you expect people to be nice to you if you aren't nice to them.

Try to get her attention and smile when she looks at you, and grinning then turning away will always leave her flattered and want to get to know you more. If you continue this routine for about a week, then I am sure she will approach you and want to get to know you, and if she doesnt, then try harder by introducing yourself and getting to know her, because you actually havent gotten to know her and she may not be the girl you are looking for, remember, looks arent everything. And like what most people say, dont judge a book by its cover, so dont judge this girl by her looks.

There isn't truly a 'perfect' time, but it is always good to use manners. Be sure it isn't too early in the morning (before 10:00 am), nor too late at night (after 9:00 pm). Also, dinner time (5:00-6:30 pm) isn't a good time. But in my opinion its best if you dont have the courage to ask her out in person your not ready to go out with her at all.

When trying to stop being rude, mean, horrible, arrogant, ignorant....etc, you have to try to follow a set of rules:

*Rule 1.

THINK BEFORE YOU TALK.

If you think before you speak, you will be able to control what you say, and make sure you don't say something horrible, or something to offend someone.

*Rule 2.

TREAT OTHERS HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED.

If you treat others badly, think about how you would feel, if you were in that position. You are probably thinking now, I wouldn't care, but you probably would.

*Rule 3.

CONSIDER THE FEELINGS OF OTHERS.

Others may be more sensitive to things than you are, so, if you are going to tell someone your opinion, feelings, or just simply what you think, say it CRITICALLY.

Example:

INSTEAD OF SAYING: You're work is so bad, I could crap on it.

Say: Would you like some help?

or: Maybe you could improve this, this...etc.

Using this technique, you will let people down easier, and they won't be as offended as if you were to say it harshly.
