Guys are usually more shy when they like a girl. They also might "pick" on a girl a lot if they like them. It really depends on the age of the people. Younger people would approach the situation a lot differently than someone that is a lot older with more experience.

theres not really a way you can tell, if you know he likes you and you like him, just talk to him.

It depends...do you like her? If you do just be sweet to her and do nice things for her. Compliment her and just keep the conversations going..

just get really close to him, touch him once in a while not all the time that will look strange, stare into his eyes, laugh at ALL his jokes, ask your friend to go and tell him you think hes fit but then when he asks you say you don't because then he will start to think why and he will start to like you

Well I'm not that experienced but I'm going through the same problem i never know if i like him or just like the idea of him. I have to stop just going out with people just because i think i like them because everyone is telling me that we would be great together. Right now I'm once again having the same problem and I'm going to just wait..and wait and wait until i know whether i like him or not for sure..it's hard to tell because maybe it's too soon and you think that you need an answer right away..but spend more time with him and just see. But if you can't seem try and find the time to spend more time with him without it looking so obvious that you are kinda stalking him then try talking to him over msn or something. I think that if you like him you will know because you just can't get them out of your head, you find yourself laughing at things he said without knowing, you fear that maybe he won't like you back and then say to yourself that you don't like them so you don't feel stupid but when you think this you feel gutted and hope that he does like you, all you want to do is talk about him non-stop to your friends but you know you can't just incase he might not like you back and then you feel stupid for saying a word to them, when you are around him you can't help but stare at him and talk to him you even find yourself analyzing him to see what he likes/dislikes without knowing it, you get nervous around him and you feel jealous at the thought of him with another girl.Well they are just my thoughts on the whole thing..i hope it helps a bit!

If a girl says she likes you, well its up to you to tell her if you feel the same as she does or not, don't be afraid to express your feelings to her: even if you do not feel the same you shouldn't lead her on. she will respect you more if youre open and honest with her rather than lying. don't get me wrong she may feel hurt or upset if you do not feel the same but like i said she will respect you more in the end for being honest with her

you probably should not, but if you can't resist ask him how things are going with him and his girlfriend, if he says not so good, maybe after they break upif they do, give him some time and ask him out. If things are going well with his girlfriend, you probably will not be able to go out with him for a while unless they unexpectedly break up.

I wouldn't even mess with that. What if he and your brother are really good friends and then you go out with that friend and the friend treats you bad, or you guys break up then that would mess up the relationship your brother had and they would fight.

I think you should talk to your brother about it. And then if it's ok with him then you should go for it, as you have nothing to loose. However, if your brother isn't ok with it then it's not the end of the world, he can't decide who you date or not. But seeing as this is his mate, if he is not happy with it then he could make the situation very awkward. And he could tell his friend things about you to put him off.

I think there's nothing wrong with that. If you like your brother's friend then the first person who should know that is your brother then base your decisions in his reaction regarding what you told him. If positive then maybe he can even help you be more close to his friend. If negative, well that's the hard one but then all I can say is that weigh everything up then decide what's best to do.

It depends. If you're a few years apart/not apart in age, then you might want to consider telling him, but you have to know him well first, and consider the fact that he might tell someone else and you'll only end up getting hurt or humiliated. However, if he is really nice and you know him well enough, go ahead and tell him, you don't have too much too lose if you feel you can really trust him. If you are telling him, make sure your brother isn't around/involved when you tell his friend; it will only make it harder and more awkward for you. And, if his friend isn't all that nice, and you feel you can't trust him much, then move on and find someone else to like, he may not be worth the effort. Either way, it's fully up to you and how you feel. Just consider what might happen if you do tell him and if he can't be trusted.
