Is Ifc inc based in Ukraine a legit company to work for?
Be Careful! I am having the company investigated by contacts within the US Embassy in Odessa, Ukraine. They want to transfer client money to a PayPal debit account, have you withdrawl or transfer the money to a personal banking account, then transfer the money via Western Union to an account of their choice. Why all this movement of money? I believe it is to steal identity info. and/or banking information. They also will ask for your state ID (drivers license) under the guise of needing it for employment verification. Do not provide it. More later after a US Embassy contact is made with them - or not.

Why is Ukraine so important to Russia?
Mainly for two reasons: 1) Ukraine is the capital of the ancestral part of the Kieven Rus Empire of 1000 yrs ago before the Mongolian Asiatic horde invaded and threw the entire Rus Empire into divided sates of Muscovy, Byelo-Rus and Ukraina. Many Moscovite ppl have a strong sentimental attachment to Ukraina as being the origins of the Russian Orthodox Religion that was brought over to the Rus Empire from the Byzantium Empire by St.Cyril & St. Methododius.
2) Ukraina was always known as the bread basket of Europe for it's fertile grounds for growing vegetables and grains while Northern Moscovy was always a cold and barren land that needed Ukraina for survival. Ukraina also was rich in other mineral deposits and energy sources. But, I do not know how true that is today since the Moscovites under the Soviet banner have raped and pilaged Ukraina for 100 yrs now.
Focusing on modern day, Moscovites want Ukraina to be joined with them and Byelo-Rus for the return of the glorious Rus empire, just for sentmental reasons and because energy pipelines run through Ukraina into Europe - it's all economics for the Moscovite Oligarchs and the Bratva Cartel.

What do the colors of the Russian flag symbolize?
According to Wikipedia:
While there are several theories as to the origin and reason for the choice of white, blue and red for the colours, none is currently accepted as universally correct. There is no official meaning assigned to the colours in Russian laws.
The three colours purportedly came from the coat of arms of the Grand Duchy of Moscow, which depict Saint George wearing white (silver) armor, riding a white horse, wearing a blue cape and holding a blue shield, on a red field. According to another version, these three colours were associated with the robes of the Virgin Mary, the holy protectress of Russia.
Yet another interpretation of the three colours is that the order that they are placed in reflected the Russian social system under the monarchy: white represents God, blue the Tsar and red the peasants. Another very common interpretation is the association of colours with the main parts of the Russian Empire: white thus represents Belarus ("White Russia"), blue Ukraine (or Malorossia, "Little Russia"), and red "Great Russia".
