Hi I do not know if I am a witch my dad was adopted and I know nothing of his side of the family. So I have no idea if I am witch. but there was this really cool thing that happened. It was raining a storm outside and I yelled stop and it actually stopped! I thought it was cool, but now I think I was just lucky. I do feel like there's something special about me.

Magic brooms are called Bessoms by those of us who use them, and in fact are very magical. They do not however fly. We use them in Rituals of cleansing, and they are a standard part of handfastings and marriages in a lot of Pagan communities.
First, it is not your responsibility to "deal with witches". Your question is reminiscent of the witch burnings in Europe, something out of a sorry history that should never be forgotten and will never by repeated as long as there are sane people to counter religious fanaticism.
Ask him or her. There isn't any test to see if someone is a witch. Deal with them as you would any other person. Witches aren't evil and they aren't in league with the devil. There are many modern covens and any individual is free to join in.

Had witchcraft practiced on me?
If you are asking if you have had witchcraft spells cast upon you, my guess would be no.
There are some very stringent rules that guide most practitioners of magic, including the rule that says you may not cast a spell on someone with out their express knowledge and permission. Doing so is unethical, and a rather nasty form of manipulation.
One of the other "rules" is the ten-fold law, one that states, "That which you send out shall return to you ten-fold" Makes you think very hard about what you do and your motivations for doing it.
If someone told you they cast a spell on you (for themselves or for someone else) I would be inclined to take a hard look at the person who told you that.
Are they old enough to know what they claim they did? Do they have enough training/knowledge to have done so? Is this more likely someone trying to impress/frighten you?
Even if things are going a bit worse than usual, I still don't think anyone has ill wished you. (see the above rules) In life none of us always has a good, smooth path all the time. We loose things, get distracted and make mistakes, get hurt, have runs of bad luck, and if someone has mentioned they "did a spell" on you then every little "bad" thing suddenly looks like the spell is behind it. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
If however you have deliberately slighted, harmed, or disrespected a practitioner of considerable power, training and years, there is a very, very small chance that you have had an ill wish set against you in retaliation. In which case I'd seek out that very powerful practitioner and make restitution... or make up my mind that my own faith in my personal spiritual path is strong enough to protect me and go on with my life.
Magic needs belief to make it work... not just the belief of the practitioner, but yours as well. Do not contribute to your own ill wishing by giving it the power of your belief.

No. Black Magic, just like K2 is a brand of herbal smoking blends. How do you get out of witchcraft?
Witch craft is a practicing art. What you are asking is how do you remove a spell placed on you. First you must find out what spell was placed on you and why. Then you find out if you can counter act that spell. Either by performing the spell yourself or having someone with experience do it.
Of course, that's if you believe it in the first place.

How to spot a witch information?
You ask the person, very nicely, "Are you a witch?" If they reply yes, they may either be joking, or you may have found yourself a real life witch. If they reply no, then move on and pretend you didn't ask. There are no fool proof ways of "spotting" a witch.

Well, a lot of old time spells are most likely to work because some of them are used for healing and have been proved that they work. I suggest you don't try any spells unless you are wiling to give up some of your normal life. I never tried any spells except for one that I thought was just a coincidence. My spell was called " A Rainy Day ", Which is pretty obvious but that spell does (RAIN!). So the spell told me to get the ingredient that was needed for example: some bay leaves, food colouring, rose petals, etc... Then it told me to chant out the poem that was given for the spell. So I did and it started to rain. I'm pretty sure it was just a coincidence.
If you are serious of finding some, then you should check out some websites but before you say a spell make sure you have a reverse spell just in case!

There are too many variables to properly answer this question. Are the two people casting the spell together for the same purpose? Are they casting two different spells with opposing intents? Do they know what they are actually doing?

In general, you can either take a known spell and add to it, or you can come up with your own spell by using a variety of correspondences like type of candle, certain words, certain time, using certain herbs, etc.
If you are talking about a Book of Shadows, a BoS isn't just a spell book. It is a copulation of many things, like pieces of lore, dreams, meditation outcomes, divination outcomes, herbs and their medicinal and magickal uses, stones and their magickal uses, and feelings and impressions, just to name a few. A BoS doesnt even have to be one book. It can be several books or several bookshelves.
