I do this with Monistat chafing relief gel, which I believe is basically the same ingredients as your Clinique. Works wonderfully at camouflaging my ice pick scars.

It really depends on what that lump is made of. If it is hard and painless most likely it is a calcium deposit and can be reduced or removed by "crushing" it. This will break up the deposit allowing the body to remove the excess. DO NOT do this yourself. Apart from the dangers of hitting yourself really hard in the head if it is not a calcium deposit you could make it worse or harm yourself. Check with your GP. He will be able to tell you what it is made of and why it is there. Insurance may even pay for its removal if surgery is required.

I've had one. It is either a sist or a calcium deposit, dont worry it can be removed either by surgerey or your family physician.

Most lumps can only be removed surgically. See your doctor about this.

Last week I had a lipoma (fatty tumor) removed from my forehead on the right side. I gotta tell you, this hurts tremendously. I mean really hurts. I also had my appendix removed and this was now almost 4 to 5 years ago,myne also dips in,unfortunatley after seeing many doctors ect there is nothing really that can change the fact they dip,so there isnt a way to 'get rid' all together, it's based on the way the surgeon done it and also the way it was sewn back up,if your stomach is chubby this will also make the indent more obvious,thats why i try to keep myne as flat and toned as possible,i'm also thinking of getting a tattoo on the scar,to try and make it less obvious,

It could be a form of acne, (or just problematic skin) that gets activated by stress or high levels of hormones. What you describe sounds like milia.

Milia are tiny white bumps that occur when normally sloughed skin cells get trapped in small pockets on the surface of the skin. Common in newborns across the nose and upper cheeks and can also be seen on adult skin.

An extreme case could be filled pustules, but normally it's dead cells trapped under the skin. It could be irritated skin among other things. The products you currently use to wash you face, cream, shampoo (washes on your face), they could have chemicals in them that are irritating.
