- Make a paste with baking soda and water! All you have to do is mix both the baking soda and water!. But not too much water. Add about 2 and a half tablespoons.
- Wash your hands! Never touch your face. That's how bacteria gets on your skin and prevents pimples!
- Now wash your face. Any antibacterial bar soap will just be fine!
- Now add the paste on your face. Yes, it will sting bad if you have sensitive skin like I do. Well that means its cleaning your face. Leave it on your face for about a minute (if you have sensitive skin). (if you do not have sensitive skin, leave the paste on there for 5-10 minutes)
- Rinse thoroughly. Pat it dry. Dont not rub. Your skin might have red blemishes or spots but that is okay.
- If your face does have red blemishes, add a moisturiser.Any thing that has a moisturiser! I use Noxzema. It works really well.
- Complete all steps twice a day. Morning and night! In just 2 days (maybe 3, it just depends on your skin tone) you will see your face clear as ever!
Well i hope this works! This was my first day using it and i ready see pimples clearing up! If you want to keep your skin clear, drinks lots and lots of water and cut down on choclate and junk food. Try not to eat greasy food such as french fries.:D
