How do you get rid of ingrown hair bumps that wont go away ive tried everything?
Ok, this is kind of a lengthy answer but I promise it'll help.
Don'tuse disposable blades more than once or twice. Soak in alcohol for 230 minutes before use.
Don't attempt to use those twin or triple blade "closer-shaving" razors. The first blade stretches the skin; the second (and third) shaves too close, cutting hair off below the skin line. When the skin bounces back, those hairs are set up to be trapped repeatedly under the skin every time you shave that way.
Don't tweeze those ingrowns! It is not permanent hair removal. When tweezed hairs grow back (in two to three weeks), they are trapped under the skin line. Those areas become "hot spots" of chronic ingrowns, so resist the urge to "post up" in that mirror to tweeze or pick. Unhook them and snip only.
Don'tuse a Norelco rotary shaver. Circular blade motion cuts the hair in every imaginable direction. Count on trouble if you're even slightly bump-prone.
Don't shave upward, against the grain, or shave back and forth over the same place repeatedly in an attempt to get a closer shave. There is a built-in trade-off; less close=100% clearer.
Don't use anything except PFB Bump Fighter or Bic Disposable for Sensitive Skin with our Acne Wash as directed, or a sanitized non-rotary electric shaver, T-edger or clippers.
Don'tforget to soak those disposable blades in alcohol for 20 minutes before shaving, or spray with Clippercide as directed.
Don'tattempt to take a blade to your face for the first time until your prescribed night medication can be tolerated comfortably overnight and you have our "go ahead".
Don't forget to spray disinfectant on razors, clipper and/or T-edger blades, guards and attachments before and after shaving. Clippercide is available at beauty supply stores. Don't forget to take some with you to the barbershop. Do watch for barbershop sanitation (or lack of it).
Don'ttry to use the same clipper and T-edger blades for the rest of your life. Change those blades every six months.
Don'tshare your clippers and T-edgers ever.
Don't scrub too hard or rub your face with a terry cloth towel. If your skin is not irritated, scrub very gently (with prescribed product only) for no more than 30 seconds. Blot your face dry (no rubbing) with a soft towel or Kleenex Viva paper towels. Attention athletes: Don't wipe off sweat; blot dry instead!
Should you pop a pimple or leave it?
You shouldn't pop it. It can lead to scarring, and it inflames the skin. But if you really have to get to one, take a rag and put warm water on it and press it down lightly, and sometimes that helps without doing anything bad to it. Just make sure you wash your face, and you can use medication to specifically put just on pimples. :) This is really true but another tip to getting rid of them is always take a bath and wash yourself everywhere and use hot/warm water. Also use this medication called On The spot ance treatment by Neutrogena (it is a small tube). All you have to do is put just a tiny bit on the pimple daily ( two-three times a day) and just in a week (or a little more ) it will be gone and trust me from experience. but if you put alot on the pimple you will have marks on your face because it burns your skin and makes it dry. If you don't use these tips just pop your pimple and have a mark or pop your pimple the way that Dr.Oz told me to. First, you clean a needle and put alcohol rub on your pimple. Put the needle through the pimple and lift the needle up( while still the needle is still in the pimple) this cause the pimple to pop and the white puss to come out nicely. Lastly, clean the the popped pimple with a warm and clean wash cloth.
Sound like you may be asking about the tear duct.
If the bump is very small it could well be an ingrown hair and it's not uncommon. However, if it feels larger you should see your doctor and be sure you don't have cysts growing in the nasal cavity.

Is acne during pregnancy normal?
Pregnancy can trigger acne or make existing adult acne worse. (On the other hand, some women with acne-prone skin report a decrease in breakouts during pregnancy, so you never know.)
Higher levels of hormones called androgens are at least partly responsible for pregnancy breakouts because they can prompt the sebaceous glands in your skin to get bigger and boost production of an oily substance called sebum.
This extra sebum, combined with the shed skin cells that line your hair follicles, blocks your pores, creating an environment in which bacteria can rapidly multiply. All this can eventually lead to the inflammation and skin eruptions of acne.

I had a big zit and didn't pop it now it is a really big black dot?
You are describing a "blackhead". They result from the skin oils and bacteria that feed on those oils clogging an oil gland's duct to the surface of the skin. As the oil oxidizes it becomes dark.
Popping zits and squeezing blackheads out is probably the least preferable way of dealing with them. Squeezing them can start an infection.
Focus on prevention. Wash your face daily with warm water and mild soap. Follow that with an astringent like witch hazel. Spot-treat problem areas with acne medicine. Eliminate greasy foods from your diet, too.

Is it okay to use Rubbing Alcohol on your face when pregnant for acne if so what alcohol percentage?
...my main concern is that youre using alcohol on your face for acne. I dont think alcohol should be used as anything but a sanitizing agent. I would recommend using a light skin cream. Remember that during pregnancy, your hormone levels rise dramatically at times. This is what causes acne. Keep your face clean, but dont try and remove the pimples with a brillo pad (metaphor). Unfortunately the fumes created by the alcohol arent good for your system, or your unborn child's. Rubbing alcohol is too harsh for your skin and will dry it out. Acne also can become a problem for very dry skin since it doesn't heal as well. Better to stick to a basic regimen of washing your face frequently with mild soap, and putting aloe vera gel or tea tree oil on the lesions once or twice a day.
