DS action replay and DSi action replay are both destrutive to ALL games.The reason why it is because it is known to BLOW UP a ds or dsi or game card your using.

Actually you can get Celebi. First you need the National Pokedex then fly or walk to Solaceon Town and go to where all the unknowns are. Next you will need to defeat 100 unknowns. After doing that you have to go down to the place with the writing on the wall and where the 4 pokeballs are/were, and you have to read the wall writing 2 times. After that Celebi should show up. This DOES NOT REQUIRE a ACTION REPLAY when u get to the lake near veilstone city there is some trees and u have to find a narrow tree then there is a hidden lake but I couldn't do this on platinum.NO#2 u need a action replay get the number of master balls and what I mean is this:whatever pokemon is pokedex no#300 u need 300 master balls to get that pokemon. Yes. It's very easy to skip bits of the game. I skipped Dialga (Well, my cousin did, but at my command) I only like ARing them if I've finshed, or, like Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, are having BIG difficulties with them.

Note, that if you do, and use the Pokemon modifier code, people don't like hacked pokemon. Some don't even like you if you cheated, so be careful.

Edit:- That cheat never works for me. I've tried L+R, Select+Up, Select and Up+L+R, but none of the activators seem to work.

You need to have an action replay. Download the codes from Code Junkies then put the Action Replay in the DS/Ps2/Gamecube/Gameboy Advance/etc.

In a few seconds it should load and you should have all of the codes you downloaded. (If you don't you can manually input them) Then browse through the list of games until you get to the game you want to use the cheats on. Then just activate the cheats (If the is an 'M' cheat it MUST be activated!!!) and swap, insert, the game that you activated the cheats for.

If you mean an Action Replay code, it is a device that is used to do things you couldn't normally do, like encounter level 1 shiny legendaries. Using an Action Replay kind of defies the purpose of playing a game, since you can do pretty much anything effortlessly. For this reason, I strongly recommend you not to use one.
