Well, I've just made one recently for just Pokemon Black, if you're still looking. It was a bit of a pain, but I promise you, it does work. Here's the steps.
1. Start game with code activated.
2. When you get to menu with Continue, New Game, ECT.
3. Now continue your game and go to the nearest Pokemon Center.
4. Before you step into the Pokemon Center, press select.
5. Walk into the Pokemon Center and talk to the Delivery Man.
6. He should give you the Liberty Ticket!
7. Save, turn off the game, and restart without the Action Replay. If you look at your Wonder Cards, you should see that the Wonder Card for the Liberty Ticket is there!

This does work i tried it for my game, pokmeon black. it only works though only on black. you can try it on pokemon white, but i don't think it will work. Good luck and have fun completing the event.

I have an Acekard2i and I can help you guys. First, go on a DS Downloading Rom Website ( e.g www.emuparadise.org and www.dsromplanet.com. You can also search DS Downloading Rom Websites on Google. When you are on a DS Downloading Rom Website, type in the game you want (e.g Rhythm Heaven only if there is a text box!) If there is no text box look around the website for a while. If there is a box that you can click that says New Roms or Roms, click that and it should have all the roms that the website has!

IMPROVEMENT:
Acekard2i does not require that the ROMs be in a particular folder to run, though putting them in one will not adversely affect anything, and will ease organization.
You can just goto your root Acekard2i folder and create a new folder, named anything. I named mine GAMES. Just drag and drop your roms to this folder and you're good to go.

My PC Can't Find My Action Replay DS and it Keeps Saying Waiting for DS What do I do?
Here is what you do.
1. Turn off your Nintendo DS, and plug in the Action Replay DS cable into the computer USB and the Action Replay DS.
2. Turn on your Nintendo DS and click on the wrench in the bottom right hand corner, and make sure "Auto Detect PC" is checked. Then save it by clicking on the floppy disk icon at the bottom middle of the screen.
3. Click on the mouse icon in the upper right hand corner of the Action Replay DS main menu.
4. Run Action Replay DS Code Manager.
If none of this works, make sure you plug the USB cable into the port you placed it in when you install the Action Replay DS Code Manager. In other words switch USB ports.

After having the same problem, I've searched the hole internet and tried everything to connect the AR to the damn f...in Code manager software.
And finally I'll fixed the problem. I'ts a driver problem from windows. It don't recognize your NDS-Link (USB)
Try using this:
Re-install the Code Manager Software from your region from here:
http://us.codejunkies.com/support/index.aspx
After installing, don't erase the folder you just downloaded from this site (with the codemanager software inside)
After connecting the AR to your PC (inside your DS and DS switched on) a window should appear. If not, go to your Device manager and select nds-link manually.
Now windows wants a driver.
Choose "select from list" and then browse to the folder you've downloaded (code manager)
Select the whole folder and hit the continue button.
Now the Driver should install successfully.
After that turn on your ds with the AR inside and select the mouse button on the touchscreen
Then open the code manager software and "waiting for ds" should dissappear after a few seconds and your AR shows in the list.
Finished: Now you can transfer all the codes and update your AR!

yes it will work with any ttds any game that contains Pokemon except the game boy versions of Pokemon will not work

u have to hold a and b when the ds is first comes on then when the legal screen comes up hold down start and select u should be holding those 4 buttons it should stay on the legal screen 4 about 15 seconds after u you should be able to put cheats on it if not try i again or email me at craigsean@yahoo.com
