depends.....................i have never tried to download cheats,cuz i just get them from friends by entering the code......but since you payed for the replay most simple cheats are free.....but ones that are hard to use or affect others...like on pokemon..........................they might cost money...or you have to travel to a city to get it for free

There's only a few things to do fix yourself but might not work.

Call the company that makes it and tell them to fix it or switch it wit ha new one.

Or just buy a new one from game stop.

By the way when it shows stripes it probably means that you either crushed something inside that has to do with the screen game play of it, or accidentally dropped it a few times or a lot depends.

The only way to get every fossil is to dig them up. I have looked for a cheat of but zip zero then punch them in the face

Well, it depends on the game. Also for most games you can just delete the file.

For the regular DS, no. You put the DS Action Replay in, and then removed it, before putting the game in and selecting the cheats you want.

Due to enhanced security measures though, that wouldn't work for the DSi or the 3DS so their action replays have a slot in them for the game you want to use them on, the action replay is itself inserted into the console. The game has to stay there while you play it.

Enter the game you have the code for, then in the upper-left hand corner you should see "Emulation" click on it and a drop down menu will appear and one of the options on it is "Cheats." Mouse over this option then you will see "List." Click on this button and then select the "Action Replay" button at the bottom, then enter your code in the code box and you may add a description (it is not necessary though.) Make sure the box that says "Turn on code" is checked and then press "Add" at the bottom. If this code requires to hit a button combination after entering the code, do so. If it does not work, save and restart the emulation. If it still does not work, some forms of Pokemon games are non-supported on DeSmuMe, or the code is broken. Hope this helped!

Don't listen to anyone on Youtube just read the manual i have the same prob but am researching on it. Yourcartridge came out while it was doing something right? that's what happened to me and the screen went red/pink and now you cant do anything. buy another one or read the manual if nothing then you have no choice sorry.

any toher cheat that doesn't sound risky.

100% catch rate

bad codes to use:

egg produce quickly (when no Pokemon is in the day care)

egg hatch fast (high risk of getting a bad egg)

walk through walls cheat (if you out of area)

catch trainers Pokemon

evs or stats higher then the maxinum

Pokemon can learn any move

codes off the internet (that don't work or do the worng thing eg. dark arceus)

First you have to get the cheat code. Then you have to turn on your DS with the action replay (with a game cartridge in it)in your DS.Then press the star at the bottom left. After that, at the top, there will be words that say "Add New Code" Press A and then it says you have to name the cheat.(the name you put in will be on the display of cheats)After you named the cheat, tap the bottom right button on the bottom screen that says 'next'. Last, put in the cheat.(double check if it is in correctly.)

You will PROBABLY need a copy of a cheat device for the PS1, like a gameshark. I do not think pSX offers emulated cheat devices like emulators for cartridge based consoles. Just insert the gameshark into your CD drive and open it up and run it just like you would a gameshark for a real PS 1. Choose your game and choose your codes, choose to start the game then insert the actual game disc (or choose the game image)

when action replay is not working and the screen turns white that means u have too many codes u only can do 1 code at a time so delete the rest and use won first i found out trust me it wasn't easy at firsti was mad that's how u fix action replay when screen turns white

Ok, but it depends on what game you are talking about like Pokemon gold or sapphire. So I can't tell the cheat unless you are talking about diamond, sapphire, emerald, or pearl I can only tell you those..... SORRY :>D

-At the main menu, select action replay codes

-Select your nation

-Choose a game then select "add new code"

-Type in the name of the code (ex: Infinite ammo, Everything unlocked, etc)

-Then type in the code. Check the version of your game.

When connected to your computer via USB, look at the subscriptions box (on the computer) and click the plus sign for whatever country you're from. Next, click and drag a game from there to the Nintendo DS box [The big one on the left (you must have Nintendo DS and action replay plugged in)]. Be patient: This might take awhile.

I had an action replay for DS and it froze only because there was too many codes chosen for the time I was playing. I would say to use less codes at a time. If it froze all I would was to: turn of my DS, pop out the action replay, try to clear the dust if there is any, put it back in, then I'd use less codes at a time.

Well first of all you can do it 2 ways.

way no.1:You can go on ur action replay, go to your codes and click on a box after selecting a code.

way no.2:You can go onto action replay code manager and delete it there
