I would say there is a possibility, because it is an amphetamine (3-5days to get out of your system I believe?) but I wouldn't chance it. Wait til drug test, then pop them when you leave. :D

I'm in college and a 30mg ir can go for around $4-5, and xr's I can find 20mg for $3, but normally go for $4 as well. Vyvanse normally runs a dollar per 10mg's. Adderall differs based on supply and demand. For example during finals, because of the large demand all prices normally rise by $1-2!

It gives you a pretty intense speed.. you shouldn't mix a lot of concerta with it though unless you can handle your speed (which i can't) haha i actually just mixed some last night and i usually always do sense the concerta will last longer. But if you take a lot of both you could possibly have really high blood pressure and possibly a heart attack but youd have to be super stupid to do that!

Fluoxetine being an antidepressant and THC being a very complicated drug anyway, the Adderall is also a stimulant. Basically, your brain gets a lot of very confused messages and will most likely not be able to control its reactions. Hence, you risk some serious problems.

On a drug test they test for Amphetamine, both Adderall and Methamphetamine are under this category. Unfortunately, they can't distinguish what type of amphetamine and normally assume the worst; just remember if you fail for amphetamine that means you fail for all drugs classified as amphetamines. Also amphetamines will only show up in urine for 2-4 days! Large quantities of Vitamin C and other acidic nutrients will help cut down this time.

always take thyroid meds on an empty stomach. In the morning take the thyroid and wait an hour to eat or drink anything. Take meds after this hour and try to take vitamins much later. If you take the thyroid at night, you must go three hours of nothing to empty your stomach and then the one hour again. Best to take it in the morning. I set my alarm, take it with just enough water to swallow and go back to sleep.

Evidently if you drink alcohol it inhibits the effects of clonidine, meaning it would be the same thing as if you did not take your clonidine pill. If you have been taking clonidine for a long time then you could have higher blood pressure etc.

First of all, it is a general believe that Adderall has a high abuse potential, so I guess you have to be careful with this drug. One thing you will notice is that the bigger the dose, the more fluid you will have to take, especially if you work out in any way. From what I have read about Adderall is that the side effects are too much of a price to pay to lose weight. If you are using this a quick fix, you need to recalculate the pro's and con's of this. Is a healthier lifestyle and some exercise not maybe a better option? The side effects people get from using this drug is just not worth it and most experts claim that this is just a temporary "fix", you wil gain again if you stop with it. First of all, 50 mg of Vyvanse is basically equivalent to 20mg of Adderall XR, so you're not really taking as much as it looks like. They are safe to take together because Vyvanse is all a d-amphetamine, and Adderall is a mixture of that plus other types of amphetamines. However, 40 mg of Adderall is the maximum recommended daily dose for ADHD, but up to 60 mg is okay for narcolepsy, but I don't think what you've got is too much unless you're sensitive to amphetamines.

I'm guessing that if it's for ADHD your doctor prescribed that mix because Vyvanse is made to last up to 14 hours and there is no quick release version available. You might need a little boost in the afternoon if that's when you do a lot of work, but you can't take more Vyvanse or you'll never sleep, so quick release Adderall would definitely do the trick.

Yes it's safe, and I'm trying to basically get that same prescription. I already take 50 mg of Vyvanse daily, and it starts to lose its effect by the time I'm doing most of my work so I need an extra kick that won't keep me up all night. Tell me if it works for you :)

If I remember correctly, vyvanse is meant to last over a long period, so yea, 80 grams per day expanded over the entire day(16-18 hours that you are awake) is safe. If you are taking it for obesity/epilepsy/narcolepsy/etc, that is fine. I have found however, for adhd, it seems to work better for me at lower doses then at higher doses. If this the initial prescription that the doctor gave you, or a revised prescription? If it is the initial prescription, I would ask the doctor for a lower booster, but keep the vyvanse the same. If it it because lower doses do not seem to affect you, however, then it is fine. But, keep in mind that your diet dramatically effects how much adderall you absorb, as well as long it stays in your system. This won't affect vyvanse as much because it is a prodrug, but make sure you notify your doctor of any changes in your diet, and any euphoria you might experience. It is common to experience euphoria right after a change in dosage, but if it seems to last more then a week then your dosage is too high and you are at risk of becoming dependent... which is not a good thing.

Coming from experience (failed an non failed UAs), you wanna drink 2 large glasses starting 2 hours before your UA, then drink 12oz Gatorade and 16oz water everytime you urinate after that. About 30-60min before your UA you should be having to urinate every 5ish minutes, this is good, urinate as much as possible, than at UA give them middle of your urine (it should be pretty clear). It dilutes the water so theres less metabolites in the overall volume of sample, thus decreasing change of getting detected. But theres def luck involved, stop using adderal preferably 4 days before UA to be safe.

It depends on the milligram of the Pill, and if it's an extended release capsule or if it's a tablet. The extended release (xr) capsules have beads inside the capsule. There are two different types of these beads, one of them gets absorbed immediately and the other is made to take longer to absorb and doesn't effect you until the other immediate release beads wear off. that way you can feel the effects all day. and the tablets are all immediate release so all the pill gets absorbed into your body at once and you get stronger but shorter effects. So now that I've explained it to you, the adderall xr would last about 12 hours as long as your doctor has given you an appropriate dose that works for you. And the adderall tablets would last probably at the most 7 hours also as long as you got the appropriate dose.

Adderall is a mixture of racemic amfetamine and dexamfetamine salts (4 specifically) that is considered water soluble (as opposed to lipid soluble), therefore it is not slowly eliminated from the body like certain benzodiazepines and THC. Generally it will not be detected after 48-72 hours depending on metabolism, kidney function, weight, etc. Sometimes it will not be detected after 24 hours (depending on the cutoff levels of the test) and sometimes only a few hours (this is not typical though).

I take drug tests for a treatment program I'm participating in, and I take Dexedrine as prescribed, but several hours after taking it that same day, I went to my monthly buprenorphine doctor. This depends on many factors such as your size and tolerance. Also some adderall are xr that are time release, these take effect for a lot longer. I can tell you that I am prescribed to adderall but only take 15mgs. About 5 times a month and am a 200 pound man and they usually do not start to wear off until 6 to 8 hours. As you can see there are many contributions to this but I think it would be safe to say that 6-8 hours is the typical affective time of these adderall. Hope this helps

I have been taking Adderall for a year, 20 mg twice a day. I'm also taking Wellbutrin 150 mg 3 times a day, and Levoxyl 100 mcg once a day. I'm now a graduate student, and have been a certified pharmacy technician since 1995. I drink occasionally and have not noticed any problem. I'm a 47-year old overweight female and my blood pressure has been OK (these meds and alcohol could increase BP. What I do is read all the package inserts for all medications I'm taking, and then call or speak to a pharmacist. They're the experts in drug interactions, and usually they'll end their comments with "ask your doctor". I don't always follow all advice, but at least I'm informed.

Taking Adderall will definitely decrease your tolerance for alcohol. Specifically why, I'm not entirely sure, but I would expect it to have something to do with it being a stimulant and therefore allowing your body to move the alcohol into your bloodstream. This, of course, will lead to becoming intoxicated much sooner than under "normal" (unmedicated) circumstances. For instance, unmedicated, I can consume ~6 beers before feeling the effects; when on Adderall, I feel these effects after 2 or 3. If this is a attributable to Adderall being a stimulant, I would suspect non-stimulant alternatives, such as Straterra, to not exhibit this effect.
