I have been taking adderall for almost 2 years. My current dosage is 30mg 3 times a day. I noticed recently (after having a baby) that my adderall has been less effective and sometimes does not give me the motivation and drive to accomplish certain tasks that it used too. I have found that in the morning after I take my first dose, I must exercise or do something energetic to get the effect of the medication to kick in. Before, I would take my first dose then I would have to feed the baby which would require a good thirty minutes of sitting. That is when I decided to change my schedule a bit. Now I take my first dose and begin housework (cleaning, vacuuming, dishes, laundry, etc.) During that time I think about what I need to accomplish during the day. Since I have made this change the adderall seems to be more effective and last longer. I was very glad to figure this out because being at 30mg-3xday, I was already near max dosage amount. The only way to pass a drug test while your on a generic adderall, is to get a body cleansing drink. or you can just wait a couple days, drink a lot of water and put a couple layers on (couple shirts, long sleeve shirt, and hoodie) and go outside and run around for 20 or 30 minutes. Give it a few weeks or so. It takes about a month to notice much of a result from Adderall. It took about three weeks before I started noticing results and yes it made me moody for a while.
