Living in the UK you do need license to buy Airsoft replicas that are fully black and must be over 18 to get what they call UKARA license.

You must play three games in the span of two months and have a form of identfication to prove your 18. (Passport or Driving license).

By electronic or gas I think you are getting mixed up. All paintball guns use gas, normally air or co2. The 2 main types of markers are mechanical or electronic. both have pros and cons. Mechanical guns are an older type but of often a bit more reliable and easier to fix and work on. As they introduce more and more electronics into marker it make the shoot much faster and have different modes like ramping, burst firing and full automatic firing. so to answer your question.. If I was playing in the woods I use a mechanical gun as rate of fire isn't as important as reliability and accuracy. On a sup air field electric all the way.

In order to find out any information on whether or not you're going to have problems shipping, you would have to contact the local customs and law enforcement to find out what the rules are and laws on shipping toy guns to your country. I've known people to have gotten shipped Airsoft guns in CT but just to be on the safe side, I'd check with the local town Laws and Law enforcement to find out what is allowed and not allowed. I order off Airsplat.com and I asked them what the Laws were for California and the said as long as the gun has an orange tip it is considered leagal and able to carry around and play with. try asking some friends or look in a phone book. You may even want to search for it on a search engine such as Google, Yahoo, or bing.

I'm not sure which type of supressor you mean. There are external supressors which screw on to the end of the barrell like a real gun and there are internal supressors. External supressors are purely cosmetic and will not change the way your gun fires. Internal supressors will decrease the noise your gun makes as it fires. They are not too common and need to fitted by a profesional airsmith. My best advice is if you want one fitting to go down to your local shop and ask about them. Hope i helped . :)

You can get a mock suppressor that just makes your gun look cool (and it actually decreases the sound a little bit), one that makes the sound louder, or more recently they started making mock suppressors that when used with certain bb's caused them to light up making a "tracer" effect.

The typical airsoft m14 weighs around 5lbs but the socom m14's are slightly lighter and the m14 ebr's weigh in at close to 15 lbs.

The mechanism will operate, but you really wouldn't be "shooting" per se without any projectiles to launch.

yes and no. RGP international sells plastic balls 4.5mm's across of the highest quality, they are meant for industrial oil drill bearings and such and so are very durable and come in high and low densities, the equivalent of .12 and .20 density. These will not however work in any airsoft guns.

This all depends on the laws that are in your state. You will want to check the laws before you even purchase an airsoft gun. For the most part though, having an airsoft gun shouldn't be a big deal. If you have uptight neighbors however, you may want to check with them (If you are using loud guns).

The more powerful the batter just means the longer your gun will last before it has to be recharged. 'Fox Airsoft Store' offers some gun upgrades, these will improve your gun. Also, a gun's fps is already pre-determined by what parts are installed, upgrades will improve the gun but stronger batteries will only extend the gun's life before it needs to be charged.

All depends on 2 things: how much fps the airsoft gun has and how thick the armor is 200- fps wont feel like anything higher up 400-600 fps might feel like a bee sting or less depending on the thickness of the armor

You can`t. The gun is well done, only problem is the air compression part, that is:

1) plastic, that is a really weak point

2) the metal roll on the spring need more room than the plastic air compression has, so the impact WILL destroy the gun very soon.

And by soon i mean like no more that 10 shots. Mine broke after 5 BBs.... So if you can, sell it as long as it works, because later you`ll be sitting on it forever.

The magazine is not meant to be taken apart and will likely shatter plastic if you try this
