I used to live in Ohio with horrid sneezing fits, and asthma problems. My asthma isn't even that bad. I moved to Sacramento California and both symptoms are virtually non existent now.

I was just at the doctor today and he told me to give my one year old daughter (20.4 LBS) Tylenol as needed every 4-6hrs at a dose of 0.8ml and 24hr Zyrtec before bed for the next 5 days at a dose of 2ml/2cc aka 1/2 tsp.

I am also a nurse at a Children's hospital. It is safe as long as you are giving a dose based on the child's weight...not the child's age.

Roughage (more or less synonymous with dietary fiber) is generally plant based, but it's specifically non-digestible. She told me to stop eating those kinds of fruits and prescribed me "Hydrocortisone Butyrate ointment .01% - Rx only" that I'm instructed to apply twice daily. So it has only been one day so far, and I see a difference already; the redness & swelling around my lips have gone down. You may want to ask a pharmacist if the over-the-counter hydrocortizone works the same as my prescribed ointment. (But I think I'll keep eating fruits, knowing that this stuff clears it up quickly.)

Your creams may clear it up, but unless you stop eating citrus for a good period of time, your allergic reaction will continue to increase to the point where you cannot eat citrus at all.
