Yes, it is possible to copy the files from a Nexus 7 to a computer via micro USB cable (or use an app such as Air Droid without the need of a cable), then transfer them over to another Nexus 7. Look into your system settings, then look at storage. Check to see if your internal storage and external storage (assuming your phone has that) is displaying. If, as in the case of external storage, you have an microSD/SD card installed, but it isn't displaying, you might want to try this method. Android Wear is an operating system that is prevalent on the nascent smartwatch and wearable space.
