First things first, you have to understand that a neighbor modifier only changes the appearance of the character, not the personality. For example, Chow is a "cranky" panda. If I changed "Bones" who is a lazy dog, into Chow using this code, Chow would be a lazy panda. He would live in the same house, act the same way, and be generally the same. This is why you need to not only have a character modifier, but a personality modifier too. So that way the animals act more like themselves.

There is only a "partial" code list on codejunkies, but it's easy to follow if you understand the pattern, so you could make your own code list. It's a one line code that's two halves. The first half determines which neighbor you're changing, and the second half determines what the neighbor is going to be.

The xx is what you need to change. The pattern goes like this: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 0a, 0b, 0c, 0d, 0e, 0f, 10. Then it'd get up to 19, and go 1a, 1b, 1c...etc. So right BETWEEN nine and ten there's the number of tens you're on (if it was 30, it would be 3) and then the letters a-f.

Now, how do you match the animals to the numbers? I use the list of portraits from the text-to-item code found on neoseeker.com, they list the animals in order, and I just start assigning animals to the numbers. So Cyrano would be 01, Antonio would be 2, etc...etc. I use the site animalxing.com to find out which animals have different personalities so that way I can know which personalities need to change.

its really hard to get a perfect town but you can use theese tricks, buy a watering can and water the flowers , pick the weeds+clovers and don't drop things on the floor to make money you could get a shovel and hit the stones money comes out keep hiting it 4 as long as u can once you realise thatb is bahas money in it ( just remember only one stone a day gives money!!)

well you cant teleport on animal crossing but you can look at your map and walk there in the direction the map is showing you where you want to go and the little person icon will tell you where you are on the map but ceranley can NOT teleport and they done that because they want to make it be like a real life place because you pay mortage (if that's how you spell it) and people don't teleport and if they did it would be one of those cool things like club penguin the online game owned by Disney and is a ds game.

Ressetii (if that is who you are talking about), is an ugly, hideous mole that comes out and yells at you. He doesn't come at a random day, just don't save your game. He is supposed to be a punishment for not saving. If you get him, his big eyes will show up when he's angry, and he'll do either 3 things:

1. he'll ask you to type stuff in the chat (he usually tells you what to say), and will keep saying, "No, that was horrible! Do it again!" So, usually just keep turning off your game. He'll come again, but won't usually do that test thing again;)

2. He'll make you say sorry by giving you one of those scroll bars that check from bad to good. It is listed, Very sorry at the bottom, I'm sorry in the middle, and really sorry at the top. To get rid of that, it is either in the order really sorry, very sorry, and I'm sorry, or it is very sorry, really sorry, and I'm sorry.

3. But, he will usually just yell at you and won't give you any tests. he will usually just tell you to save for bout 4 or 3 minutes, and then he leaves.

P.S. he says something really funny at the end before leaving, and it is random. Something like, "And one more thing: Wash your hands after using the bathroom. Got it? Now SCRAM!" Or, "Chew your food with your mouth closed, you little piggy! We clear? Now SCRAM!" And then he goes back into his hole, and you continue your game.

To get your neighbors' pictures, you have to become best friends with them. Send letters with gifts. Talk to them, but not so much that they tell you that you're annoying. Do errands when they ask you. Get them furniture, fossils, bugs, etc. when they say. After about a month or so, wait 10 minutes and don't let your neighbors see you. After the recommended waiting period, go see them. They will have a "!" appear over their head. Talk to them and they might give you their picture. If not, try again.

The only thing you can really do is try to sell it to Tom Nook, because Blathers won't take it, I don't remember if he or what he will buy them for but that's basicly the only thing you can really do with it.

An acre is a 16x16 square in your town. A square is a spot where there is a place out in town where you can only put 1 pattern on the ground.

ANSWER: There is a "raised" and empty fuse receptacle in the fuse box located in/under the dash. With the Key turned off, plug a spare fuse in this location. Turn key to "on" but don't start engine.
