To get your friend code, you have to first connect to Nintendo WFC. After you do that once, go to your menu. On your menu, you have a heart shaped picture. Click on that, and that section will give you your friend code.
If you want to get someone else's friend code, you cannot do so on your game. To protect the towns from people who would vandalize them, you must ask your friend in person for their friend code. Once you get it, you can put it in your friend code section in your menu, and you will then be able to connect to wi-fi with that friend.

If you are referring to animal Crossing: Wild World, which is for the Ds then i can help. If you want a friend code, you need to connect to the internet at least once; when you have done that, you will generate a friend code (which you can look at any time by clicking on the heart icon when you press Y) It is very simple, providing that you have an internet hotspot or wireless router that you can connect your Ds to. If you don't have wireless, you can still connect to the internet, but you need to buy the separate USB from like GAME or anywhere else. When you want to open your gate through Nintendo Wi-fi connection (NWFC) go to the gates located in your village, then speak to the copper who's on the right. (can't remember his name lol!!)
then open your gates for a friend or just to connect to the internet to get a post from nintendo. (this has never happened to me, but apparantly they do send you posts sometimes!!)

Wisp appears on a random day after 8pm, staying until after midnight (exact time needs confirmation). He is located at a random part of town and cannot be seen; if the player approaches Wisp's location he will greet them and ask them to come closer. As they approach, wisp will appear, asking the player to find an item called "empty lamp" somewhere in their town.

you get it from friends or you send your native fruit to your villages and they will give you rare fruit.
for me, i occasionally go down to the beach and check the shore. sometimes, coconuts will wash up and you can pick them up and plant them, but you have to be careful with coconuts. they will only mature if they are planted close to the shore. And here's a tip, if you want a tree to grow to it's full size (aka mature) then use your axe to chop down a mature tree and plant it in it's place. Planting something in a spot where an already mature plant was guarantees that it will mature to full size!

You also have the option to connect with friends who also have the game, where you can invite them to your town to meet some of your friends and residents or experience your fun town. You can also buy and trade items with friends over the wii on Animal Crossing City Folk, and set the price you would like to sell it for. A sofa for 900 Bells? It is not as off topic as birthday cake!! You do not have options to marry or have children, but it is a fun game on its own, and you are also living with animals! Animal crossing is a great game recommended for ages 10-25, and will never get boring. There are many valuable lessons in this game, and many intelligent facts about things like the fish you caught in the river with your fishing rod, or the dinosaur fossil you dug up behind your house. It explains very well, and you can go off knowing even more than before. It is a learning game and a fun experience! I rate it 10/10!!

I don't know about the ponytail part, but on wildworld you go on warm colours and you choose 'safe' to get the colour brown, so I think it's probably the same as city folk.
