First thing first go visit your doctor and get treatment right away. I experienced the same feeling and was diagnosed with Anxiety/Depression. I was put on medication and visited a therapist regulary. This helped me alot, there's lots of people dealing with same situations but getting help is the first part, you will get better, I did.
