No, you cannot use a Windows "Program" (application) on a Mac. If it ends with .exe then it can only be opened/used with a Windows OS. And no you can't use an Apple OS program on a Windows OS.

Yes, there was a game called "The Mystery of the Hotel Victoria" for the apple II. It was a math-based problem solving game (and almost an early version of an RPG).
