Yes, but I read in an astrology book that Virgo is a perfectionist and Scorpio is a control freak. They need to be open and honest with each other and control these tendencies if they want to be happy together.

A lot really depends on the overall comparison of both natal charts.

In general Aquarius is very intellectual and mentally-oriented and Pisces is more feelings-oriented. They both are humanitarian and have a love for aiding others. Aquarius is more interested in unusual ideas and expressing their uniqueness, while Pisces is more interested in the imagination and following their intuition.

I think the best match for a cancer would be a virgo. They are both very organic in nature and have the best personality traits. Virgo is an Earth sign, Cancer is of Water. Both are easy to get along with and are not controlling in a relationship. Virgo can be a bit more submissive than Cancer would like, so watch out for that. From my experience as a Cancer I'd say the list looks a bit like this:

Aries: NOT COMPATIBLE AT ALL

Taurus: Very compatible, they share our homebody qualities and passions.

Gemini: It's possible, but they are much too chatty and independent. They can hurt us without even realizing it.

Cancer: It can be heaven or hell. It may be compatible or we might not be different enough for there to be balance and compatibility.

Leo: A very good match, they share our desires and allows us to come out of our crabby shell sometimes.

Virgo: They can be difficult to please, but we live to please which automatically wins them over.

Libra: No match, they are indecisive and give us no security.

Scorpio: It can work, they are known to be too dramatic for our tastes. We are both water types and have an understanding of one another.

Sagittarius: Much like Leo, they excite us and allow us to explore outside our cozy shells. They need to be willing to deal with our moodiness and sensitivity and there's hope!
