No, i take ativan .5 and can not feel much of a difference after a few weeks. it does take the edge off fo anxiety some what , but ive taken Valium v cuts and roche 10 for the fun of it when i was younger. There not it the same league. in my case ativan isn't enough for me reason im on here looking for something stronger but for anxiety you cant beat 2mg zanax or even lower dose of the blues. im sure it has to do with tolerance but hope you found this helpfull.
