I read a number of threads and tried many suggestions, leave the car in the Aux mode for an hour, hold down the seek and mode buttons etc. Finally I disconnected the battery waited a few moments and re-connected. I figured maybe this would show me the screen to enter the code but instead the radio booted up with no code and works fine. The dealer suggested I return when the service dept was open, none of the sales people had a clue.
