Well since 1 Tablespoon = 1/2 fluid ounce; I would only guess that 1 Tablespoon of any liquid would more or less weigh somewhere around the same amount as 1 Tablespoon of bacon bits. So my educated guess would be that 1 Tablespoon of bacon bits would equal roughly 1/2 ounce? It could be less or more though.

Yes, a hamburger is considered junk food due to its fat content.
Deep fry it. Done it countless times....so amazing. For best results, pour seasoning salt on it directly after taking it out of the oil, and let sit on a paper towel. Oh, and don't use strips...if you can find it, get ends and pieces, you get thicker chunks that way...I never buy it in strip form anymore.)
Put enough oil or other fat in a pan deep enough to cover the bacon pieces. Heat it on medium heat, add the bacon and stir often until the bacon is brown and crispy. Scoop out the bacon with a strainer or slotted spoon and drain it on paper towels.

How do you get bacon smell out of your house?
-Spray air freshener
-Open all the windows
I live in Florida and have my air conditioner on all the time. Whenever that happens (I'm guilty of burning bacon a lot, lol), I take my air conditioner's filter and spray Febreze on it, then put it back into the air conditioner and let the air run. The fresh, clean, and pretty smells get through the whole house, getting rid of the burned bacon smell as it travels through the house. Doing it this way helps spread the nice smell all over instead of having to go from room to room spraying the smell away. Not to mention it lasts awhile too :)
