What do ballet dancing looks like?
Ballet dancing is very pretty if you get it right. It is graceful and you are aiming to make the moves smooth and flowing. It is supposed to be a response to the music. It can look quite easy but let me tell you, I've been learning for nearly 5 years and I'm still not up on points and I can't really raise my leg higher than 90 degrees. All those fancy leaps and turns takes A LOT of practice. I hope I was helpful. =] :-P
What do you wear under a wetsuit?
A bathing suit for starters, a rash guard, or most surfers wear nothing under.
A common additional item to wear under a wetsuit is a one piece lycra suit. The benefits of this are that it makes the wetsuit easier to put on and off, and the lycra doesn't compress. For instance someone diving a 5mm farmer john (2 piece) wetsuit and a 2mm lycra dives deep enough that the wetsuit has compressed to half its original thickness. This diver now has 2.5mm of wetsuit covering their legs and arms, 5mm covering their core (chest, stomach.) Now when you add the 2mm from the lycra which hasn't compressed there is actually 4.5mm on the legs/arm and 7mm over the core area. A diver in a 7mm farmer john at the same depth is left with 3.5mm on the legs/arms and 7mm over the core. If you double the depth at this point the 5mm and the lycra gain a lead over the thicker wetsuit. The free aditional benefit to this item is that you may be able to get rid of some extra weight as you can use a thinner wetsuit which will require less weight to get you under.

1. Questions and Answers- the interogators do a Q and A sequence, they treat the victim like a puppet, they cant get the answers out of the victim so they start to mock him. the music gets louder as the victim gets more frustrated
2. Tea for Two- the interogators put a red nose on the victim to mock him. the victim tries to get back to his chair, his safe haven. one of the interogators starts to take the victims nose off and holds it as if he is going to ping it in his face. at the end the intogtor is smoking to show that he has luxuries
3. victims first solo- the victim is dancing alone, he is drawn towards the light in the corner which is now stronger but keeps being drawn back to the chair, he doesnt know whether he would rather have freedom or safety
4. Slow Trio-the interogators are teasing the victim by not letting him have the chair, thy put the chair out for him but then take it away so that he falls on hte floor, they are trying to frustrate the victim and make fun of him
5. Victims second solo- this section uses lots of imergary which the chair such as the panels on the back of the chair as prison bars and carrying the chair on his back as if he is a slave or carrying the world on his back. there is no accompaniment so the dance seems very tense and the dance seems like a struggle and the movements are very slow
6. The cane dance- the interrogators have a weasel like quality in their movements, the seems very lsy. this section appears to be comedy because of the music, but the victim tries to defend himself, and collapses at the end as if he might be dead
7. final solo- this section is very fluid, the interogators are standing still as if time has stopped, this suggest that the dancer is now the victims spirit and at the end he exits USL where the light is
Ballet is an extremely hard art form, as is anything after you get past the beginner level. It has a lot to do with focus, flexibility, strength, perseverance, and discipline.
The physical aspects can either be the easiest for you or the hardest. People who are naturally flexible will have the time to focus on other things while people who don't bend as easily have to work on it. Also, sometimes parts of your body just won't bend the way you want them to. In my case, my hips are really tight and no matter what I do, my knees won't hyperextend.
There's also all of the strength that dancers work on; their feet, ankles, legs, arms, core. Almost everything has to be strong. But it isn't normal strength. It's a very specific strength that helps with balancing, executing moves correctly, and holding the correct posture at all times.
But sometimes the hardest thing is all the mental stuff; being able to work through the pain or discomfort to make yourself look relaxed and effortless. The difference between being a technically good dancer and a wonderful performer is all mental.
I hope this helps! And remember, despite how hard it seems, the joy of dancing will always pay off in the end.
