i am a ballet dancer so i probably would have a biast i wouldnt rate any sport the only hardest sport in the world but it is one of the hardest sports along with gymnastics and a couple of other things .the skill techniqnique physicality flexibility and many other things needed to be to be a ballet dancer is amazing and any normal person eg the person who said ballet is not one of the hardest sports in the world would not be able to cope with the pressure it is just so hard it is also something that you have to already have the talent inside you and not just pick it up like some sports (football)

No. Definitely not.
My family has been freezing Pavalova's since we started eating them. For Christmas, we cook too much and eat not enough and therefore freeze them. They are exactly the same once defrosted but it's not a good idea to freeze them and then deforst them and freeze them again. When freezing them, put them in 'meal sizes' so you're not getting the whole Pavalova out and having to worry about ruining it from defrosting it.
How do you write a ballet story?
First, you need to do a LOT of research so that you can portray the world of ballet accurately. Dancing is hard work, and most dancers actually hurt themselves trying to dance their best.
Second, find some good, solid characters with which the readers can identify.
Third, the rest is up to you as a writer. You must find the story inside your own heart for it to be a good story. I suggest reading some ballet stories and books to see how other writers have done it.
Another Opinion:
Being a dancer is very hard work. Taking ballet or a hardcore dance class would be helpful in writing a ballet story - but you don't have to. Your reader should be able to experience the hardships involved in dancing, as well as the fun.
The opinion of a dancer:
If you are writing a ballet play think of any random story and use ballet steps and ballet dances to tell the audiences what the story is.
If your writing a story about ballet dancers then it's best to watch ballets and watch students in ballet class and find out what ballet dancers do when they are not dancing in class.
What is stylised movement in drama?
a stylised performance is very simple. it is a piece of drama that is very down to earth and realistic. very little props are used and movements and speech are exaggerated. the director doesn't want the audience to concentrate on the acting, but on the story and overall performance.

What are the names of ballet steps?
All the names of Ballet steps are in French. They are usually almost the exact translation. For example plie - to bend. Pointe - to point the foot etc. Some steps are named after what the movement looks like, pas deux - step for two- this is partner work. Jete- to leap. As a ballet student you get familiar with the steps, but dont always know the french meaning.
My son is starting ballet to improve his soccer skills (with other team boys, as suggested by his coach). They are going to a good studio with 5 or 6 other boys. The teachers there require all dancers have correct uniform: black leotard, tights (blue, black or grey) and black ballet shoes.
I found a leotard online and suitable shoes at a mall (on a trip with the other boys). However, I thought the online price for tights was too expensive to consider. My son was slightly concerned about wearing tights, but his first lesson was within a week.
His 9 year old sister could spare some of her black ballet tights and his 17 year old sister showed him how to put them on. He liked the feeling of them and wasn't very concerned about the fact that they were girl's.
I am know considering sending him in his sisters tights but would the girls in his class know? This would be humiliating for him.
P.S; what underwear should he wear my son insisted i didn't ask his dance teacher.
Answer 1: I don't think it would be too much of a tragedy, so long as it isn't too obvious. As for underwear, he should probably wear a dance belt. It's like a jock strap for necessary support. Ballet girls usually respect boys taking ballet, and do not make fun of the boys, though exceptions can happen. During the class all will be too concerned with their own performance to take notice of what others are wearing. The tights should be fine. But he should be wearing something for support.
Answer 2:
However, male tights are very definitely made differently than for girls. They are made from a thicker material and are much more opaque. This is very easy to recognise. Be aware that some girls may know this, either now or later. It may become obvious later if another boy with male dancewear joins the class.
Note that adult males put their leotard on first and wear their tights on the outside over the leotard. (The studio might vary from this, though that would be unusual.)
Invest promptly in the proper male dance attire, in the same way that you would want your son to have good sportswear for soccer. Proper male tights are in the same price range as brand-name sportswear.
Black tights, black leotards and tan dancebelts made in sizes and designs specifically for boys can be found online with extra effort. You may need to allow some extra stocking time or even custom manufacturing time when ordering. For dancebelts, tan to match skin color is the most versatile shade. Tan can be used under black, must be used under all other colors: blue, grey or even white men's tights.
Before puberty, some people think a male leotard and tights together may give enough support. Black nylon briefs might be used underneath depending on outward appearance of the layers of the seams. For the older boy, and all men, the dance belt is essential. A dance belt is specially designed to reduce seam thicknesses showing. Male dancers typically choose a seatless back-strap design (thong) dance belt and leotard.
Any boy should be congratulated on adopting ballet to complement soccer training. A boy can quickly learn to take pride in the improved skill gained with more mastery and development of his muscles. A boy in ballet deserves all-male dancewear. It emphasizes that it is a masculine activity and gives confidence. The additional self-esteem may lead to staying in dance class to an older age.
If fully nurtured early in life, ballet classes for recreation can become a man's life-long healthy activity.
You could consider two pairs of girls black tights, worn one over the other - but only as a temporary measure for immediate need - to overcome the appearance of the thinner material of girl's tights.
i started doing ballet when i was 5 and i started to wear girls leotards and tights in class it is ok to wear girls ballet clothes as long as it is comfortable for the boy to wear it is ok and if itss ok for the instructor to say if its ok to wear i was able to wear them until i stopped doing ballet until i was 20 i stopped for a year then i started to wear them again and i teach it and i encourage my boy dancer to wear what they think is comfortable and they wear what the girls wear.what ever youre son thinks is comfortable for him then let him wear it

How much do ballet classes cost?
Normal Ballet classes are about $30-45.
No two places are the same
It depends. If you are looking for recreational classes it is about $30 at my dance studio. If you want to be competitive you need costumes and competition fees and on top of that what it costs to take the lessons so around $150 - $200 which is what i pay. If you are like me and Dance is your life and you do every type of dancing then it is about $4000 for everything.
