no it is not tot later you need to fight him because that is wrong that same thing happened to my great grandmother
Yes, they are very similar in their behavious, once you have bed bugs, they are also difficult to get rid of.
If you believe that God made the world and everything in it, then you must believe that God made bedbugs.
If you don't believe that God made the world, or if you don't believe in God, then you likely do not believe that God made bedbugs.
What is Pennsylvania law concerning bed bugs?
Pennsylvania

Seasonal Labor Farm Camps must have effective measures in place to prevent and eliminate infestations of bedbugs and pests.
How long does it take for bed bugs to turn into adult bed bugs?
On average anything from 3 weeks to 16 weeks because the time depends on the temperature of the bedroom and on how often the creature can find food. Its food usually means a human asleep in a bed nearby.
Basically female bedbugs lay up to 12 eggs per day. In many cases the eggs will first get into somebody's home inside their luggage, or perhaps in second hand furniture particularly second hand beds or mattresses brought into the home.
When the eggs first hatch somewhere in the home, the newly born nymph will detect the CO2 breathed out by any person asleep up to a range of 30 or more yards from it. The nymph bedbug will be naturally attracted to the source emitting that CO2 for food it instinctively knows it needs and is there. As soon as it finds the source i.e. the person sleeping in that bed, it will climb on him or her for its first meal of that person's blood.
For the nymph to become an adult it needs to moult through 5 stages, and it needs to have a meal of blood preferably from a person asleep between each moult. After its first meal it will moult in or near the bed where it had that first meal and shed its first skin somewhere near where its source of food (i.e. the person sleeping there) and it will then find a hiding place, which is typically in the fold of the mattress on that bed, or in any cracks or crevices nearby.
After the first meal and moult the slightly larger nymph will have a second meal and moult and then third, fourth and fifth. After its fifth meal and moult it has become an adult which can be within about three weeks of hatching from its egg if temperature is above 85 degrees F. But if temperature is lower or of food is scarce, it will take the nymph longer to mature into an adult though will be longer, especially in colder climates.
They are reddish brown flat looking things. Adult bedbugs are about 5 millimetres long and 3 millimetres wide and they have six legs. But if they have recently had a blood meal off somebody, which they nearly always do during the night by biting somebody asleep in their bed, then they will be expanded and look rather like a red ladybird (ladybug). Nymph bedbugs (that is baby bedbugs) are smaller in size than the adults, but still visible with your naked eye. If your bed is infested you may see adults or nymphs crawling on the bedding during the day, particularly if you move your sheets around or turn your mattress over, as their most favourite hiding place is in the folds of your mattress. But they do not like light so will rush to find somewhere dark to hide if suddenly confronted with light.
Heat kills bed bugs. It's a one time 100% kill treatment but is only applicable to heatable materials. Walls, moulding and architectural fixtures are not amenable to heating although steam may be blown into these potential hiding locations.

What do bedbugs look like on a person?
They normally feed on a person in his bed when it is dark, but if a torch is shined one or more of them may be seen usually on the lower limbs. They are flat looking reddish brown insects that can be seen with the naked eye about the size of an ant, although bedbug nymphs are smaller than adult bed bugs. They are most likely to have a meal off a person when theyare asleep in their bed just before dawn although may feed on the sleeper at any time almost always during hours of darkness. They usually bite people on their arms or legs or rarely on their face or stomach. Click on Bed Bug Bite Photos above for a picture of what they look lilke.
How do you use listerine to kill bed bugs?
This is not one I have heard of, though I think it could be classified with the following:
The following are all reported methods individuals have tried in attempting to self-treat or prevent bed bugs and bed bug bites. Please note, that when attempting to self-treat a bed bug infestation the chances are that the infestation will only be made worse, causing more expenses and more heartache for everyone involved.
What it is supposed to to - Sleeping with the lights on is meant to confuse bugs into not biting because they think that it is day time
What it really does - Bed Bugs will still bite. They are usually most active during the dusk hours because they have a meal. Bed bugs are attracted to the CO2 and body heat emitted from your body. The will still detect you on the bed and will still bite. Not to mention the increased electric bill!
What it is supposed to do - Turning off the heat during the winter months is thought by some to freeze the bed bugs and in effect kill them off.
What it really does - The lack of heat can freeze water pipes, propane lines, and more in your home, all the wile, not allowing the home to get cold enough to exterminate bed bugs. This requires EXTREME temperatures.
What it is supposed to do - Covering your body in olive oil before going to bed makes your skin so slippery that bed bugs cannot climb on or off of your body.
What it really does - Bed bugs can slide underneath your body, and will continue to bite all areas of skin that are touching the mattress, that is, if they truly cannot walk on your body. Don't forget the messy sheets you will wake up to in the morning!
What it is supposed to do - Setting off bombs inside the home full of insecticide (similar products are often used for fleas) will fully cover the area and effectively exterminate any bed bugs.
What it really does - Bombing of an area for bed bugs has the tenancy to spread the infestation. All chemical bombings are risky procedures, and take the chance of contamination of many items. Bombing can also blow windows out of buildings due to the increased pressure inside.
What it is supposed to do - Dousing beds, couches, and entire residences in diesel fuel or kerosene will inhibit the movement of bed bugs, and eventually kill them off for lack of food.
What it really does - Can you say "Fire Hazard"? This method is not onlyextremely dangerous, there is also no proof that it is actually effective.
Other Myths
Sulfur Burning - burning sulfur inside of the home
Fire Extinguishers - Spraying on bed bugs to attempt to freeze them
Exterior Pesticides - using pesticides that are not effective against bed bugs
WD-40 - Spraying the chemical directly on bugs
Baking Soda/Rubbing Alcohol - Applying this combination to mattress, sofa, etc.
With all of the myths going on surrounding bed bug treatment and prevention, we at A3 Superior Pest Control ask that you do not attempt to self-treat. Please call a pest control professional. To contact A3 Superior, call 1-877-757-7767.
What besides heat kills bed bugs?
Thermal Vs. Chemical Treatment Time Involved
Thermal remediation is completed in one visit, which generally takes ten to twelve hours from start to finish. A properly executed chemical treatment requires three treatments, spaced out evenly over a six week period. The time involved with chemical treatments varies from location to location, usually taking approximately one to two hours, however first treatment can run anywhere from 2 -8 hours depending on size of the property and amount of techs sent.
Preparation
Chemical extermination for bed bugs requires a lengthy preparation, which causes displacement throughout the course of the treatment. This preparation includes, but is not limited to, the full processing of all clothing, linens, curtains and other fabrics (done by washing/drying or dry cleaning), reducing clutter, emptying drawers, and much more. Many items are required to be placed in sealed bags, which must remain this way for the entire treatment. The average prep time runs between 1-3 days. (See prep list for specifics). Thermal remediation requires the removal of items that would be affected by the heat. Examples of such items include wax candles, fire arms and explosives, aerosol cans, batteries, and other items. For a full preparation list for either treatment, please click here.
Overall Procedure Thermal
The first step in thermal remediation is an inspection/estimate. Our technician/estimator will determine the size of your home, property, office, etc.; what needs to be removed and treated in ways other than heat; and explain the overall preparation. During the estimate, we will explain the entire procedure, show you what needs to be prepared, determine heater amounts and crew size, estimate time requirements, etc.
Chemical Procedure
During our chemical treatments for bed bugs, we provide three individual visits. During the course of treatments, our technicians apply different products and chemicals as well as use steam. The products used are based on the latest efficacy studies as to what is most effective now in killing bed bugs. This is important because we are finding more and more cases of resistance to pesticides. We steam cracks and crevices, couches, beds stuffed chairs etc. to help eliminate eggs as well as insects. In addition we inject wall outlets and switch plates with dust. If there are hardwood floors with lots of cracks and crevices in them we will apply food grade DE to these areas. Following each chemical treatment, healthy residents will need to remain out of the treated area for a minimum of four hours (time required is different for elderly, children, and those with certain medical conditions). In order to treat, all prep work must be done properly.
Safety
Thermal is safer for households with small children, cancer survivors, pregnancy, or people in ill health. Although we can use all natural products such as food grade DE and steam, for chemical treatments, this will increase the number of visits required and thus the cost of a chemical treatment.
Thermal Temperature
ThermaFume operates at 140 degrees except in cases of delicate items such as pianos or antique furniture. We can fumigate these items or reduce our temperature and cook for a longer time period. Average cook time once we reach our optimal temp is 4 hours. In cases with a lot of clutter this can be extended to 6 hours.
**Please note that the procedures outlined represent only the procedures followed by A3 Superior Pest Control, and ThermaFume.
No, one injection by the mosquito cause one mosquito bite. However, one mosquito may attck several times or several mosquitoes could be the culprit.
Another possibility is that the rash caused by the mosquito bite (or by something the mosquito carried) could spread by scratching.
How long does it take for a bedbug bite to heal on average?
It the depends on the actual bite itself. Some suffer from it for a week or two, others may only experience the irration for a day or two. Scratching would only make it worse.

What are the similarities between the incomplete metamorphosis and the complete metamorphosis?
Incomplete metamorphosis have three stages in the life cycle. Complete metamorphosis have four stages in the life cycle.
Does bed bug covers have to zip up in order to protect the bed?
Only to protect from possible bedbugs if an issue.
Are bed bugs able to live alone?
Yes bedbugs "are able" to live alone although that is very unusual. But if just one or two bedbugs hatch or are otherwise brought into a home, and then if the male bedbugs have no opportunity to contact any female bedbugs, the few bedbugs may remain resident in that home alone for an indefinite period. During that time they will almost certainly have meals of the blood of any human or humans sleeping in a bed in that home for perhaps years. But even if the home is not lived in by any humans or animals for a prolonged period, bedbugs can still survive alone without feeding therein for a year or more, unless discovered and exterminated.
But in most cases when bedbug eggs or live bedbugs first get into a residence there will be both male and female bedbugs in close proximity. So after a blood meal, and after being mounted by male bedbugs, the females will then lay eggs, e somewhere in or near the bed where the host sleeps. So after a week or so each batch of new eggs will hatch and hence new bedbug nymphs will be born. So the breeding will continue and multiply ad infinitum as the bedbug population gets larger and larger, until the infestation is discovered, dealt with and all the bedbugs and all their unhatched eggs are eventually destroyed.
Is Boric acid powder for bed bugs?
I am a professional in pest management and the subject recently came up in a discussion with a number of others in the industry as well as academics who are researching this area. The general recommendation is that diatomaceous earth or silica gel work better than boric acid and are considered safer for this application. Boric acid is a great product and is used as an active ingredient in control of roaches and ants, but not as good for bed bugs...
Yes. But so can fleas, so you might want to treat for fleas too.
Who is responsible if you move into an apartment that is already infested by bedbugs?
If the bedbugs were already there, the land lord is responsible.
