I am prescribed Ambien and Xanax, and my doctor does not recommend Xanax for sleep. However, I disagree. If you take one pill of each then shut the lights and go to bed, it will help you sleep longer if you are having trouble getting to sleep and staying there.

Ambien is only meant to induce sleep and keep you asleep for roughly 2 hours, that's where your body is supposed to take over. If the body is not staying asleep, the Xanax lasts longer and should help you stay asleep longer. It has always worked for me.

I take both Xanax and Depakote. I have been taking Depakote for 7 months and I just started taking Xanax with it. I also take an anti-depressant. I already am noticing that the Xanax trumps it all! I think I will stop taking my Depakote and take my Xanax and anti-depressant. I never liked Depakote because I get extremely fatiqued while on it and I really do not know what the hell it is doing to me anyways. In my case I feel so bad that I do not care about addiction right now and I just want to feel normal. Xanax I feel was made for some and not others. If you experience so much anxiety that it makes you break down and cry, then I suggest Xanax. Forget what people say and if it helps that is all that matters. Depression and anxiety are nothing to mess around with. I hope this helped.

It would have to be pretty close because my aim is not so accurate that I can easily hit a little pill. If you give me a few extra clips I might get lucky. An even harder trick would be to throw the pill in the air and try to shoot it.

You would have dissolve it in something Lorazepam

is soluble in.Water will not work.It would take more than 6ML to get just half a mlg or so using water.

It is hardly water soluble like most benzos.

ethanol,propyl glycol i think is one of them too,no sure bout that one.

You could use ethanol but it would have to be high proof id say at least 80 proof and I wouldn't use any liquors that arent clear.

Everclear would be best..but also if you did do it that way you would have to dilute your mixture with water otherwise it WILL burn like hell and it could cause damage to your veins.

Use as little alcahol as you can and mix it with the pill matter and then filter and draw it up.

Well first of all, don't snort them. It's pretty harsh and I snorted 4 and they do not get you high like that. If you are taking Valium for a medical purpose, and are taking it normally, your dosage will NOT get you high. I just want to advise, not to snort it, it just doesn't work. Don't take more than 20 mg's of Valium, it's no good for you, and it will put you to sleep.

You can eat prior to taking valium and be safe... but what I think you really mean is will the high be less intense if you eat before taking it. That is a logical yes, any drug will be less effective if you eat before taking it as it gets mixed in along with the food taking longer to digest and longer to absorb; lessening the dose at any given time.

Well, I'm only 5'2" and about 96 lbs and i just popped three bars. I've done six bars in one night before and didn't die/feel crappy/wreck a car/etc. Depends on your tolerance I suppose. When i first started, I always took one bar and was cool. My first time on two just made me sooooo sleepy and out of it. plus, you can't remember anything the next day.

YES mixing them will definitely be more dangerous than taking either separately. The LD50 (fatal dose) of either is decreased when taken together.

NO don't mix adderall with ANY DOWNER until your comming down. i know from personal experience taking seroquel and adderall within an hour or 2 of each other. it almost killed me my heat was 140 beats per minture and pounding so hard you could hear it like a foot away. i have mixed adderall with Valium seroquel flexeril oxycodone and lot more and it screwed me everytime so everyone please learn from this and don't mix it with a downer till your comming down off it. its extreamly dangerous.

Lorazepam (Ativan) has a long half-life, so it is a good choice for tapering, though diazepam is traditionally used. Getting off benzodiazepines is difficult no matter which one you taper with. Cut off your supply of Xanax and find someone to hold the Ativan for you so you aren't tempted to take more when things get rough.
