Yes, Obsessed (2009) is out on DVD. But if I were you, I wouldn't waste my money on it. It's one of the worst movies of the decade. I could tell it was going to be terrible from the previews, but I watched it On Demand a few months ago because I really had nothing better to do at the time. It was even worse than I expected. There's no character development, the plot is weak, there's no buildup or suspense, and the ending (the whole story, actually) is more predictable than tomorrow's sunrise.
If you want to watch a good movie about a crazy woman becoming obsessed with a married man, then get Fatal Attraction(1987) instead.
