I think if you're in good health,eat right exercise and stay away from stress,you'll most likely have a successful healthy pregnancy. At age 50 that's half of being 100

if you feel good everything is in working order I think it'll be fine just like a 25 yrs old.

Pregnancy is dangerous for any female any age so I think it's ok.
