When boys go through puberty it is very common for them to develop gynecomastia (man boobs) due to the rapid change in hormones. When the hormone level stabilizes the gynecomastia will go away. So if you are an adolescent male, it may be embarrassing, but there is nothing to worry about.
Gynecomastia can also be due to obesity or hormone problems. If you're obese, try to lose weight and they will revert to normal.

Well, I didn't believe so, but my breast have increased one cup size since I've dated my recent boyfriend. I am not pregnant, but noticed that my breasts were becoming larger and often sore after lovemaking. Last night, I noticed that my areola (the darker enlarged skin around the nipple) had enlarged "bumps" called Montgomery Glands which are raised when the nipple is stimulated. I was completely freaked out since I hadn't seen this since I breastfed my twins some 14 years ago!

My curiosity compelled me to see if I had breast milk production as well. When I squeezed the first nipple after a few seconds, there was a very light secretion that came from the nipple. I screamed and examined my other nipple to find the same 'milk-like' substance. There wasn't alot of this but the fact that a little bit excreted from my nipples was enough to awake my boyfriend with alarm and questions to the possible answers I've found in my research today.
Perhaps there are many possible factors such as:
1. GROWTH HORMONES (GH) or somatotrophin and chicken prolactin/ovine prolactin administered by the poultry manufacturing industry in chickens, subsequently affects the pituitary gland to produce breast milk hormones (the fact that I've changed my diet from an Organic Raw Vegetarian to Semi Vegetarian which includes fish and poultry of non organic producers) which increase breast size in humans this would be chicken prolactin which increases the size of chickens and 'fattens' the chickens; (check out: http://www.freepatentsonline.com/5053391.html)
2. My DIET change has increased my WEIGHT and increased my breast size;
3. GLAND STIMULATION from SUCKING THE BREASTS during love making. The blood flow stimulates the glands of the breasts.;
4. ENLARGED PITUITARY CONDITION -- The pituitary gland in addition to producing other hormones for glands like the adrenals (ACTH), growth hormones (GH), thryoid (TSH), follicles for hair (FSH), to name a few, also produces the prolactin hormone (PRL) for breast milk growth. An imbalance can cause a tumor in the Pituitary Gland called hyperprolactinaemia.
5. MEDICATIONS such as metoclopramide or thioridazine cause increased levels of the prolactin hormone;
6. DUCT ECTASIA in older women can increase milk secretion in the breasts.
Perhaps my own story is the result of a combination of variables listed above.

No;however, if it is done in excess then the body would receive signals to produce more milk and if that "boy" stopped for a while then it is possible that this would speed up breast growth for a while, but this would take a long time and wouldn't make much difference anyway. You're better off getting implants, using a breast pump, or taking pills(hypnosis is also an option, but I don't suggest it because if you're like me some of the worlds greatest hypnotists couldn't get you to lift a finger)

I am guessing your a guy so workout alot because once it becomes a habit you will have started getting so much testosterone that your body will naturally build muscle. That does not mean that you will wake up one day with a 6 pack but you never know.
