Angel left Buffy for a few reasons, but they all center around the fact that he is a vampire and she is not. 1) He has no ability to give her a normal life, including children and simply being able to go out in the daytime. 2) He canot make love to her or else he will lose his soul. 3) He is immortal and she is not. Eventually, she will become old and he will be the same. As Mayor Wilkins (the main antagonist of Season 3) said, his eternal youth caused his lover to grow hateful and jealous of him. Basically, Angel left Buffy because he felt that being with her was selfish on his part and that it kept her from being with someone that countered the three reasons above. He truly loved her, so he did what was ultimately best for her.
You can purchase the DVD of season 6 or rent it at your local library. I love "Once More, With Feeling," and I wish it was online but sadly only seasons 1 and 2 are available to watch online.

Yes, she is killed while protecting Andrew in last episode of Season 7
Buffy died twice. However, as viewers we have witnessed three Buffy deaths. There is also a contentious gunshot situation that is sometimes thought to be a fourth death, though I will try to explain why it is not.
One: The Master drowned Buffy during a fight in the season one finale. After he left to do evilness about town, Xander and Angel arrived on the scene. Xander quickly revived her with CPR, more or less. Two: In the season five finale, a hell-god from another dimension named Glorificus (Glory for short,) has opened a portal using the blood of Buffy's sister, Dawn. The portal will bleed an incalculable number of hell-dimensions into our own, essentially destroying it. The only way the portal can be closed is with the ending of Dawn's life inside it, though Buffy realizes they share the same blood. Buffy throws herself into the portal to save her sister's life, and the world, and consequently dies. Despite falling another 300 feet after she is dead and the portal is closed, this is noted as being a very "pretty" death, as Buffy has nary a scratch on her.
Buffy was brought back in the following season six opener by Willow, Xander, Anya and Tara, via a powerful spell that required the Urn of Osiris - a spell that had several repercussions throughout the year - and an act that ultimately set up that year's entire arc in many ways. Contentious Gunshot Death: Though some may theorize that Buffy died temporarily on the operating table at the end of Season 6 when she was shot (by Warren Meers,) her condition was always critical to stable. If she were to flat-line, the writers would have keyed us in on it. She was critical to stable in this brief period of time, before being magically healed. Though other victims of gunfire were a topic of discussion throughout the rest of the show, her bullet wound was never referenced again, downplaying the probability that she died a third time. In the musical episode "Once More With Feeling," before the gunshot incident, she had a line in one of her songs where she jests, "It's do or die - Hey, I've died twice." This one "never happened" as far as Buffy knows: She also died at the end of a season three episode entitled "The Wish," but for two major reasons that can be delved into much more than I am about to, this is never considered 'canon': 1.) We were magically put into an alternate universe where everyone - including Buffy - was very different from the characters we know on the show. So when she died, it wasn't the Buffy we know who died. She was somewhat more Faith-like in this episode, though not to a "T." She was still Buffy, but a Buffy from an alternate dimension.
2.) The episode was undone at the end, and everything that transpired is only remembered by a handful of characters, namely a vampire-version of Willow, and Anya - the demon who enacted the ruckus in the first place. So Buffy died 3 times that WE saw, but our Buffy only died twice. Drowned by The Master - S1 - Prophecy Girl
Neck Snapped by The Master - S3 - The Wish
Killed in Mystical Portal (created by Glory) - S5 - The Gift Shot by Warren Meers - S6 - Seeing Red - did not die but is debatable.
She could be, because she's gothic and I think she has incisors. Check the website below and see if Avril Lavigne is positive. However she may look like it, but it is highly impossible.
In Buffy the Vampire Slayer she doesn't end up with anyone.
However in the final Series of Angel she gets with the Immortal.
Later, in the season eight comic of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, we find out that it is possibly one of the two alias that is publicly hooking up with the immortal, thereby nulifying the possibility that we actually see Buffy in this episode of Angel.
****SPOILER ALERT*******
Buffy dies in the final episode of season 1 for a brief moment before she is revived. She then dies again at the end of the final season 5 episode, "The Gift", sacrificing her life for her "sister" and the rest of the world. She stays dead presumably for a few months, until her friends decide to resurrect her ... despite knowing there may be dire consequences.
it is possible to download issues of season 8 from www.isohunt.com using a program called bittorrent.
Yes they did. It happened in season 2 the night that Angel and Buffy are ambushed when Angel tries to get on a cargo ship to protect the arm of the judge from getting into Spike and Drucilla's hands. After they sleep together Angel looses his soul and turns bad due to a curse placed on him by Jenny Carpenters people.
I think besides the first time, they also had sex again, maybe once more in the same Angel episode " I Will Remember You" when he turned human. Also, more recently, they did it again in Buffy Season 8. If you have no idea what I'm taking about, try looking up the Buffy comic "Twilight arc" and you will know what I mean.
A "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" complete box set can be purchased in a few different places. One could purchase a box set of the entire "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" series on Amazon. One could find a used box set on eBay for sale.
Willow performs heaps of spells in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", one of the most memorable being the soul restoration spell for Angel in the season two finale, "Becoming Part Two". It is: Quod perditum es, invenetor. Not dead, nor not of the living, spirits of the interregnum I call. Gods, bind him. Cast his heart from the evil realm. Te implor doamne nu ignora acceasta rugaminte. Nici mort, nici al fliintei. Lasa orbita sa fie vasul care-i va transporta, sufletul la el. Asa sa fie! Asa sa fie! Acum! Acum!Translated, this means: What is lost, return. Not dead, nor not of the living, spirits of the interregnum I call. Gods, bind him. Cast his heart from the evil realm. I implore you, Lord, do not implore this request. Neither dead, nor of the living, let this orb be the vessel that will carry his soul to him. So shall it be! So shall it be! Now! Now! Of course, there are dozens of other spells that Willow performs over the course of the series. For example, the spell that she uses to resurrect Buffy in "Bargaining", and the spell she did with Tara to locate Buffy's essence in "Who Are You?" To find out more Willow spells, I suggest watching the series from the end of season two to the end.
It's very easy, just go to google.com then you search for "Buffy the vampire slayer stream". You'll get a bunch of hits and then click the one you feel for. Some links are better then others. One very good site I know is Tv-Links. Just search for it on google an you'll fins it. Good luck. xoxo
its not a no but its not a yes...
a comic of Buffy season 8 has been developed so the story is there but wheather they will produce Buffy on the screen again is impossible to tell
lately word of Warner Brothers producing shows from the 1995 - 2003 period so the money is there for Buffy aswell
the cast did reunite this month (august 2008) and discussed new series but no more information has been leaked
in my opinion a couple of new series of Buffy would be great as it has everything going for it... lots of fans, lots of money and good story lines including cast members you think are dead.
only time will tell but like i said eveything is looking good so there wouldn't be any major complications to make new series of Buffy... of course all the actors must be on board
Yes, Buffy dies twice in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She dies first in season one when the master drinks from her and she drowns, but Xander manages to bring her back. Then she dies once more in the season five finale when she sacrifices herself for the benefit of the world and for her little sister, the original sacrifice. At the beginning of season six, Willow finds a special way to bring her back again but it has a great price.
They FIRST Kissed under a magical spell in "Something Blue" when they thought they were in love and going to get married.
Later She also (not under ANY magical influence) gives him a short sweet meaningful kiss for not telling Glory about Dawn being the key and taking a very bad beating while not giving up who the Key was also I have to add.
THEN a very long passionate kiss as another person said below at the end of the musical episode. (but she does say/sing right before kissing him at the end of - Once More With Feeling- that "this isn't real but I just Want To Feel") so it is misleading as to whether she means it or not, but as any Buffy & Spike fan knows, she already had feelings for him at this point.
Original answer someone had answered here: "AT the end of the 6th season musical episode Once More With Feeling".
The song that Spike is singing is called, "I did it my way"
Buffy Summers (The Vampire Slayer) originally lived in Los Angeles, California, with her Mum and Dad. One day at school, she is approached by (unknown to Buffy) a member of the Watcher's Council, and ancient organisation based in England, dedicated to eradicating the threat of demons, vampires and creatures of the underworld. Buffy follows this man, and is put into battle with a vampire. Realising her true strength and ability, she is sent to Sunnydale, California (a ficticious place and where her Mum decides to live when she divorces Buffy's father), which is atop a Hell Mouth. (An area where demons and vampires can cross into the human world). Buffy is mentioned in a prophecy: "Into every generation a Slayer is born. She alone will fight the vampires, demons and the forces of darkness. She is the Slayer". Unbeknownst to Buffy, she has been asigned a Watcher (sent to advise and become the Slayer's mentor), who takes the persona of the Sunnydale High School librarian, the school Buffy now attends. Angel (a recurring character and Buffy's love interest saw Buffy in Los Angeles when shown to him by a Demon called Whistler. Angel was a wreck, feeding on Rats once a month. It is the sight of Buffy that makes him into someone again).
Buffy the Vampire Slayer began in 1997 and ended in 2003.
Buffy and Spike never appear together in any episode of Angel; they appeared in separate episodes of Angel season 1, but were not a "couple" at that time. During the brief periods in Buffy's 6th and 7th seasons when the two were together, neither appears on Angel.
Spike is a main cast member for Angel's 5th and final season, and there is a single episode in which he and Angel go to Rome to rescue Buffy from a demon. However, the girl they think is Buffy is never seen beyond the top of her head, on a crowded dance floor, and it is revealed in the Buffy continuation comic books that the girl was a decoy anyway.
It ended like 6 years ago so it doesn't air on TV anymore. Though all the seasons of Buffy (and Angel) are available on disk or you can download it from the Internet
That's what the person before me said but I have Direct TV and I get it from a channel called LOGO on channel 272 (: as of 11/23/10 in Austin, TX
