You may just have to change the bulb in the headlight. Check to see if the bulb is a replaceable halogen type. If it is, take the old bulb with you when you purchase one to make sure it is the correct one. When reinstalling new bulb, be careful to only touch the base of the bulb and not the glass part as this will shorten the life of the new bulb.
To open the assembly, there is a metal tab where there is a bolt hole but no bolt between the two bolts on the assembly. This tab can be lifted which will release one part of the assembly. There is also a plastic tab that can be lifted by hand. This will release the other part of the assembly. The assembly can then be pulled forward enough to be able to turn the cap behind the low beam light. Once this is removed, the light bulb is visible. To remove the bulb, turn it counter clockwise a pull. Once out, with a screw driver carefully spread the tabs holding each side of the socket to the bulb. Pull the bulb out, remove the rubber washer. Using a paper towel, hold the new bulb, being very careful to not touch it with your fingers. Put the washer to the base of the bulb. Attach the bulb to the socket. Using a paper towel to hold the unit, put the bulb into the holder and carefully align it. Once it is in even, the unit can be turned clockwise to lock into place. Install the cap, and then push the assembly back into place. The metal tab should fall back down. Ensure it is secure. Do the same for the plastic tab. Check to see that the lights are working.

At the bottom of the steering "bowl" there are 4 inverted torq bolts that have a tendency to work loose,usually from using the steering wheel to pull yourself out of the vehicle after a long period of time they lose their torq.You have to dissassemble the colum to the point where they are accesible,you will need a special lock ring depression tool to do this,they are available at most local automotive parts stores,once you get to the point where you can see the bolts you can use a 1/4 drive extension w/ a 5/16 6 point socket to reach down to the bolts and tighten them.
