There is no telephone country code +889.

There is no area code 889 in Mexico.

Maybe you are looking at an old 0181 number from before the last numbering changes ten years ago? If so, these moved into the new 020 area code during the

year 2000. For example, (0181) 946 0018 would now be (020) 8946 0018.
