Yes. Put it in a card reader. Open My Computer. Find the icon for the removable drive that is the card. Select, but do not open the drive. In the My Computer window, click "File" and select "Format". Do not check the "Quick Format" box. Click "Start" and wait until the job is finished. Important note: Once this is done, you may need to re-format the card using the camera before it will accept images. Follow the directions in your camera's manual if you need to do this.
