Why do the frilled neck lizards live in warmer areas?
Frilled neck lizards thrive in warmer areas primarily because they are ectothermic, meaning they rely on external heat sources to regulate their body temperature. Warmer climates provide the necessary warmth for them to be active and hunt for food, such as insects. Additionally, these environments often have abundant vegetation and shelter, which are essential for their survival. The heat also aids in their distinctive frill display, used for communication and defense.

A cat will like you if u show it love and care for it also you need to be gentle.
If your cat is angry and wont let you hold it or touch it leave it alone just feed it and try talking to it soon enough it will warm up to you
So simple, Love and care the Cat
You have to feed the cat well
Cat's favorite food is fish
a to get a cat to like you buy cat things for him or her
Frist, find him/her fave spot to be petted in. Pet it for a while. Then move your body a little bit colser to the cat.keep petting it.Then wisper to him/her. move colser. ifIt trys to trys to bit you, it means it wants space. once it clams down go and pet it more.
Also cats communicate through their eyes, you can do these actions to them:
wink- trust you/ like you
blink- Trust you
slow blink then wink- the nicest gesture, known as the cat kiss
wide eyed looking up at you- wants you to pet them
Bad gestures, avoid if you receive one of these! :
eyelids pointing to nose narrow eyes starring at you- feels disgusts toward you
just stares at you...-it is trying to rival you out, it may be thinking about a fight.

How much do iguana cages cost?
Assuming you mean the giant green iguana (Iguana iguana), anywhere from $500 to $2000, generally, depending on whether you build it yourself entirely (and on the cost of materials), or whether you buy a commercially available enclosure.
Do not get one of the silly mesh or wire cages--they are absolutely useless for iguanas, and will harm your pet. Iguanas must have an insulated cage that can maintain an air temperature of 80F and a humidity around 80%, in order to remain healthy. (Their basking spot should be over 100F).
With recent improvements in the knowledge of proper caging and humidity (low humidity causes dehydration), and improvements to the knowledge of proper diet and temperatures, green iguanas can now live full lifespans in captivity.
The ONLY way to get rid - is to thoroughly scrub every surface - including anything that was in the tank after you added the foam log ! Rinse everything with clean water at least three times !
As a 'learning curve' for the future - never introduce anything into the turtle's environment that hasn't been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected !
Can you have Italian Wall Lizard as a pet?
sure can! They're not anywhere near endangered and you see them in exotic pet shops every now and then. there isn't much information out there on their care though. but they're temperate and insectivorous as well. they are very active and territorial. probably a 30 gallon or so cage will do with a UV light. keep them with a water bowl and mist them every morning. Ive done extensive research on many species so if you need advice on something email me at dragontamer1992@gmail.com ^^
How long can you keep a tegu in a 6 or 7x2x3 vivarium?
Tegu's grow to around 4 feet - so a vivarium that size will not last it very long (maybe a year or two) ! As an adult - it would need a vivarium of at least 12 x 4 x 6 !
Can you feed a lizard too much?
Yes, Yes you can! I know for a fact that if I feed my bearded dragon too much he gets a big stomach even when he's not flattening himself out. Just think of it this way:
Whatever lizard you have (gecko, iguana, dragon, etc.) remember how they'd eat in the wild. Some days they'd find a lot of worms, but they'd also go without finding ANY crickets on others. No matter how much they beg or how spoiled they are your lizard has a required amount of food that should not be raised or declined. You also have to balance how much meat they get compared to vegetables but that's another question entirely.
What food is apropiot for baby garden lizards?
Most species of small lizards are insectivores. However, reptiles in captivity require more than just appropriate food and water. They also require controlled (regulated) heat at the correct temperatures for the species, and lizards that are awake during the day require UVB lighting. Reptile keeping, like fish-keeping, requires specialized knowledge to be successful, but can be a fun and rewarding hobby. I do not recommend a wild-caught lizard as a first reptile pet - they are delicate and carry internal parasites.
Where do you put the thermometer in a terrarium?
