If planted indoors in a pot:
Needs to be somewhat root bound to bloom. Feed it once per week with a fertilizer high in phosphorus. Soil should not be soggy. Needs plenty of sunshine.
If planted in the ground:
Feed with a fertilizer high in phosphorus. Make sure the soil is well drained. Agapanthus do not like to be disturbed. If you planted them recently then it may take a year or two for them to get adjusted to the new environment. The larger the foliage clump the heavier the blooms. Once adjusted they will thrive in most conditions...but never below 20 degrees.
How many litter boxes should you have for 4 cats?

The best thing to do is to neuter him. This may not completely stop him spraying, but after six to eight weeks after castration a cat's hormones will have diminished greatly. It is possible for a neutered cat to stop spraying in the house, as the need to advertise for a female is no longer there. A male cat still may spray for territorial reasons, but is more likely to do this outside.
It is also ideal to train the cat (after neutering) not to spray.
What should you do if your cat vomits?
You should take your cat to a veterinarian for examination - cats do not vomit and have diarrhea at the same time without having a serious medical condition going on.

Keep the litter box in one place, so the cat always knows where it is and doesn't get confused. Place the cat in the litter box like you would do a kitten. I assume the cat is messing in the house or yard. Pick up all the feces and place it in the litter box, to associate the litter box with going to the bathroom. *Do not pick up the feces, show it to the cat, and scold him/her for messing in the house. The cat will associate that going to the bathroom anywhere is bad.
