How can you differentiate male from female cats?
The best way to tell what gender a cat is, is by looking underneath the base of its tail. A male cat that has not been neutered will have two furry testicles right below the anus, and a penis right below the testicles. A neutered male cat will not have visible testicles, but there will be a noticeable space between its anus and penis.
Spayed and intact female cats alike will have a genital opening (vulva) which is often seen as a tear-drop shape located right below the anus.
Please note that checking for nipples is not an accurate way of telling a cat's gender - male cats can have nipples too! They just have no function, much the same as human males have nipples but have no use for them.

To the first, it is never a good idea to give a cat cow's milk; many cats are lactose intolerant and can get sick from drinking it. This could be very dangerous to the mother cat and her kittens.
To the second, yes, healthy mother cats will produce milk for the kittens. If the mother is struggling or not producing enough, you need to get some Kitten Milk Replacer and bottles from your vet to help the kittens get enough food.

Its mostly safe, but Friskies is a terrible quality food. The first ingredients on the dry foods are "Ground yellow corn, corn gluten meal". Cats are strict carnivores - they get all their nutrition and energy from Proteins and Fats in fresh meat. Therefore a food truly suitable for a cat is one with meat FIRST on the list, not corn.

Next there is: chicken by-product meal, meat and bone meal, soybean meal, beef tallow preserved with mixed-tocopherols (form of Vitamin E), turkey by-product meal, powdered cellulose, animal liver flavor
- By-Product Meal are the leftover parts of the animal (lungs, spleen, kidneys, brain, liver, blood, bone, some fatty tissue, and stomach and intestines). Not very good quality, but better than corn.
- Meat Meal is terrible; its the rendered (moisture and fat removed) "waste" tissues of an animal. Very low quality which has little Protein in.
- Soybean meal is soy that is added to cat food for the protein benefit, but because its a plant it gives barely any nutritional value whatsoever. The possible allergic reaction to soy makes it an ingredient to avoid. Many cat foods have banned any soy product being used in the their foods.
- Beef Tallow is essentially rendered fat. This gives the food a bit of flavour. The "animal liver flavor" is just flavouring, too.
Other things in the list that are worrying: added color (Yellow 6, Yellow 5, Red 40, Blue 2 and other color), there is also added salt (too much salt over a period of time could seriously harm a cat), dried cheese powder (more flavour).
Needless to say, Friskies is very poor quality which some ingredients could cause allergies.
There are foods that are completely free of these ingredients, with Named Meat sources at the first of the Ingredients list. Such high-quality foods are much healthier for a cat and much easier to digest. Cats are carnivores and they cannot digest such high quantities of grain and corn. It often gets stored as fat which is the main cause of obesity.

BioKleen makes a great product called Bac-Out. Soak the urine spot with the Bac-Out, wait approx. 20 to 30 minutes and blot it up. The smell will be gone, but the Bac-Out leaves a clean lime scent. How do you stop a kitten peeing everywhere?
First, take the cat to the vet. If there are no urinary tract or otherwise problems, place litter boxes in places where he/she should not be doing his wee-wee or poo-poo. If you can't do that (like if your cat is doing his/her business where you have to walk), make the place where he's going as unattractive as possible, and the spot where he's supposed to go as attractive as possible. Put a rug under his litterbox, and don't clean the box too often. Turn the place where he's going into a feeding station; he won't do his business near his food. Place the litterbox in a quiet, easily accessible place (young kittens and senior cats don't like going up and down stairs a lot). Remove every bit of evidence of his urine from the place he's been using (don't use cleaning products containing ammonia, they'll smell like pee to the cat and he/she will attempt to cover it by peeing again), also, you can temporarily put aluminum foil in the place where the cat's not supposed to go (they don't like the sound or feel of aluminum foil, so they'll avoid the area. Also, spraying lemon scent will repel a cat.
