Sometimes in life we face certain points where our heart goes the opposite direction. Its about being the right person and not letting peope get hurt more than they should. When us girls fall in love we would do anything for the one we love. Guys show it differently to us though. You will tell if your boyfriend is commited to you on what he does. It does depend on how long youv been together and what you have done. If youv been together for over 6 months then there is a chance he is commited. He might buy you flowers and presants. He might text you romantic things. Obv if he proposes its love. Just make sure he is doing something romantic. If you're afraid of being hurt again, don't try a new relationship. You can't hold everybody else accountable for what your ex did. Probably without knowing it he used you. Somewhere along the line it became more about his issues that turned into a 'need'. He may feel he needs to get away from what reminds him of all the problems (he is not emotionally stable in the first place) and therefore has a new girlfriend in hopes he can forget the past emotional upsets. Yes it could happen by some male spouses. Wives can sometimes trap their husbands into staying either by blackmail or their finances are tied up together and he stands to lose a lot of money. If the wife does this then there is really no satisfaction for her and he'll certainly not cooperate with his wife. Whether he becomes verbally/physically abusive depends on what type of man he was in the relationship with his wife. If he was never abusive then he won't be if he is forced to stay in a relationship with no love attached.

Simple it could be that your married lover do not want to think about his wife, or else he might start having this dirty conscience because the two of you are together. Or it could be that he rather not hear about his wife because he might loose his inspiration or it might turn him off.

He could be cheating for a number of reasons. His being married at a young age could be the reason why he is cheating on his wife, but so could the reason for being board in the relationship regardless of age. His saying so you think is basically letting you know that those are your thoughts and he think otherwise.

This sounds like a security/confidence issue. If the man who's wife had 30+ partners is secure and confident I doubt he would ask the question much less need an answer. One might (and the wife, if asked, surely would) ask does husband think about his former sexual partners.
