depends on which type of twirling you do- as in dma, nbta, usta, whatever. and it also on the event ur competing in- as in solo, rhythmic, two baton, etc.

I'm assuming your talking All-Star here so here are the rules and some ideas. You can NOT go above prep(chin) level. One-legged stunts are not allowed at prep level. Tosses are NOT allowed. Do lots of preps with hitches or cupies. Do one-footed stunts at thigh stand level.

it really depends on the team - some are flashy and very pretty like , Cheer Extreme Allstars ! Some are a bit more dull though. But either way id say their sorta a mix of formal and informal !

5'4 200lbs vs 5'4 115lbs. I don't know. Fat Girl has to carry so much weight around so she must have muscle just from having to carry so much weight around. Plus her body can absorb more shock because she's large and in charge. On other hand Cheerleader is very quick and nimble. She is toned and strong, but how strong can you really be if you are 5'4 115lbs? She only looks strong because she is so lean and you see her muscle, it is deceptive though. I don't know...my bet is on Fat Girl.

Professional cheerleaders can work in restaurants as a server as a side job. They can also work as a lifeguard during the summer at community pools.

i think that they are both very dangerous sports. no need to say one is more dangerous then the other. both have very big risks. and have seen many injuries from both cheerleading and soccer.

A: You can start cheerleading when your in kindergarden for some of them. If you want to cheer try not to be anymore than 30 - 35 yr.
Some places are different for the ages, all you have to do is ask!

if you work really hard to become one and if you wanna go to Worlds (the biggest comp in the world) you have a good chance but you have to b really good and be either a junior, senior, open L5 OR L6 team then u have a good chance and you have to b a really good tumbler aka have a roundoff back handspring full twisting layout on a non sprung floor or at least on a sprung floor

to do this advanced move you need to have a back spot and defidentley a front. the two bases will secure losely around the flyers ankles let go for a second and the back will catch the flyers hip. bases will need to help catch the stomach/waist

Start by doing underwater handstands and jump into them after a while it will come naturally under water then it should be easier out of water.

For example, Brigham Young University's cheerleaders usually wear long sleeves, their tops always cover the back and stomach, and their skirts are slightly longer than typical cheer skirts. This is typical of the cheer uniforms for many Christian schools.

talk with your principal about having one for your school sports teams,ask him/her to gather some girls how would like to cheer and ask to have auditions.ask your your principal if you can hang flyers around the school and make petitions to tryouts. hope this helps.

Don't bacause your skirt could come up and people could see your hole bottom what i would perfer you to wear is bikinis not the swimsuit kind but the kind you get at Wal Mart i cant explain but go in there and ask a manager where is the panties asile and you would see them (they sale the at other stores to but i just used Wal Mart as a example)

It shouldn't matter what the team colors are, as long as they are good and enjoy being on the team or think you would enjoy it. That's all that really matters.
