They would probably never meet in the wild. Cheetahs live in the savanna of Africa. Tigers live in parts of India and other southeast Asian countries.
And large cats (cats in general) do not make friendships as some other animals do. If they were raised together, they would probably tolerate each other, at least until adults. There are cases of big cats of various species living together, but this is what they are trained to do, being domesticated by humans.
Mother cats are very protective of their young, and most big cats will not allow cats of other species to interact with their cubs.
