Where is the cabin air filter in a 2004 Chevy aveo?

Right behind the glove box. First you have to remove the glove box which is easy. Open it half way and pull up. It's a bit tough, but it will eventually pop out. Once that is removed, you will see a vertical cover on the box that is behind where the glovebox was. remove that cover and you will see your cabin air filter.

Where is the Air conditioner recharge connection in a Chevy aveo?

Never looked under the hood of one, but there's a pretty universal method for finding the schrader valve. Locate your AC compressor. There'll be two metal refrigerant lines going into it - one will be smaller - that's your high pressure line, and it'll go to the condensor. The other, larger line, is the low pressure line, and that goes into the compressor inlet. Follow that one back until you find a schrader valve located either on that line or on a component which is a part of the low pressure side of the AC system... usually, it'll capped with a blue plastic cap, but those often get lost. You'll know it's the right one because it'll be the only one your refrigerant can (or blue line of your manifold gauge, if you want to do it like a pro) will fit on properly.

Howq do you take off the Door panel to an aveo?

First remove the retaining ring from the door handle by starting at the 9 o'clock position and pressing between the ring and the door panel with a small screwdriver until the clip releases, remove the ring. Next there are 3 screws on the bottom of the panel, unscrew them. Rotate the window crank to the 6 o'clock position, then push in on the door panel until you can see the metal pole there is a small e clip that holds the window crank to the pole. Then using a small screwdriver or a hard piece of metal about the thickness of a quarter push downward on the retaining clip and remove the crank. Pull the panel out away from the door, then rock the door up so it can come out. You may have to remove the triangle piece that covers the manual mirror adjustment, if so be careful, I have yet to remove one without breaking it.

How hard is it to change spark plugs on 2005 Chevy aveo?

Not hard at all. In fact, it's almost fun. Your spark plugs are located right on top of your engine under that plastic cover. Use an Allen wrench to remove the cover and voila! Your plugs are right there. Use a ignition wire boot removal pliers to pull the boots free of the plugs. Then a 3/8 socket handle with an extension connected to a spark plug socket is used to remove the plugs. Righty tighty-lefty loosey! Gap the new plugs according the specifications in the owners manual using a gaping tool. Smear a little anti-seize on the each plug's threads and thread the plugs into their holes by hand. never use the wrench. Only after the plugs are hand tight do you snug them down gently with the wrench. Not too tight! Replace the ignition wires to their respective plugs, replace the top cover and you are done!!!
