In 1909, architects needed a plan to improve traffic flow in Chicago. They presented a proposal to the Commercial Club of Chicago. The major part of the proposal was a double-decked roadway along the river. Charles H. Wacker, chairman of the Chicago Plan Commission, pushed the idea.

The silent six were six black politicians in Chicago's city council during the 1960's who were "puppets " of Mayor Richard J Daley. These alderman were under the control of Daley and were not allowed to speak or participate in council proceedings unless they received a signal from Thomas Keane, Daley's floor leader or Daley himself. They were: William Campbell 20th ward, Robert Miller 6th ward, William Harvey, 2nd ward, Benjamin Lewis 24th ward, Ralph Metcalf 3rd ward, Claude Holman 4th ward.

George Halas was hired in 1920 by A. E. Staley of the Staley Manufacturing Co. (whose primary product was cornstarch) to form both a football and a baseball team for the company. In order to find opponents, Halas pushed the football team into the new league that was being formed, the American Professional Football Association. A severe recession in early 1921 forced Staley to lay off the athletes he had hired; he suggested to Halas that the football team should move to Chicago, and said he would provide $5000 to assist in the move if the club would keep the name "Staleys" for one season. Thus, in 1921, Halas's men were called the Chicago Staleys when they became the first official league champion.

While, yes, this does have something with employment in the fast food industry, age of consent laws, and Chicago, it is not obvious on first glance what the commonality would be. But it's fingerprinting. I gather someone wants to fingerprint you to employ you at something around minimum wage to work in his or her or their Chicken Hut. Okay, there's a lot of that going on. You have to decide what you want to do. The IAFIS is maintained by the FBI. It is most assuredly national, probably international in important cases. I am unclear whether you broke an Age of Consent law somewhere or whether you are worrying about the age you need to be to consent or not consent to have your fingerprints taken. If you clarify this, I will try and give you a better answer. If what you needed to know you have found out through the universality of fingerprints on file via the IAFIS, I have alraedy done my job.
