Can chicken broth be used instead of chicken stock?
yes and no, it is filtered to remove more of the fat and has spices and herbs added for flavor and a lot of salt. Chicken boiled in water is just that chicken boiled in water.
To make Chicken broth you can use a whole chicken or parts of the chicken. I use the backs as this is the part not many like to eat but it has a lot of meat on it. I save them in the freezer until I have 10 or so.
Put chicken in large pot, add enough water to cover.
Add whole or chopped it doesn't matter,
1 onion, 2 stalks of celery, 2 carrots, 1Tlb minced or 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning or sage, 2-3 tsp salt.
Bring to boil stirring occasionally, reduce heat, cover and simmer for a couple of hours. Stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, remove chicken to platter or dish let cool until your able to handle to remove meat and discard the skin and bones. As for the broth let it cool enough to handle as well, then pour it through a sieve or strainer to remove vegetables and any large seasoning left in it. Let cool completely then remove fat from top and discard the fat You can also add ice cubes to it to help fat solidify.
This is better then store bought but store bought works when you don't have time to cook. Freeze the broth in quart size bags to use whenever you need it.

What is in artificial chicken flavor?
Most artificial flavorings are derived from petroleum. They may affect RNA, thyroid, and enzymes. Most have not been studied for safety or toxicity. They are all synthesized chemicals that don't even have common names. Most artificial flavors actually contain many chemical ingredients, not just one. Many of those chemicals are volatile. Natural flavors are chemicals, too, though.
The FDA doesn't require manufacturers to list color or flavor additives on ingredients left, as long as they are recognized as safe. Some of these can cause allergic reactions in intolerant people, and these folks can find it hard to avoid those substances. Many times the ingredients will simply say "artificial flavors" without mentioning which ones. Most of them don't have common names anyway.
Companies have been trying to use natural flavors in their products for the last 20 years. Many of the synthesized flavors can actually be found in nature. Processors have been trying to derive these flavors from nature rather than synthesize them. It is better to get these substances from nature than from petroleum, obviously, but synthesizing them can allow us to create purer versions that are less dangerous.
Some artificial flavors are safer than their natural counterparts. Benzaldehyde is almond flavor, and when derived from nature, traces of hydrogen cyanide--a deadly poison--can be found in it. When made by mixing oil of clove and amyl acetate, no cyanide is produced. Artificial flavors are actually better in many cases, because they don't contain contaminants or toxins. However, benzaldehyde made either way can cause central nervous system depression and convulsions.
Can you roast a stuffed chicken inside a turkey?
Yes, as long as it is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. I stick two probe thermometers into the turkey- one in the breast, and one in the stuffing. Cooking safely will help keep your guests from getting a case of food poisoning (NOT pleasant)...It's possible to make stuffing, but then bake it separate from the turkey (use turkey stock to compensate for extra moisture)
Can you cook frozen chicken with no goblets in slow cooker?
Although I have never used "goblets" in my slow cooker I imagine they would save some time in that they can be used instead of a serving platter, however I would recommend a "Pyrex" brand to withstand the heat and prevent the glass from shattering which would make for an unpleasant meal. I also expect that indigestion would be the least of your problems.

How much chicken is needed for chicken tacos to feed 100 people?
Allow for about 2 ounces of shredded chicken meat per taco and two taco's per guest. That translates to 25 lbs of pre cooked meat. Always make a small reserve extra for a hungry crowd and allow for wastage and spills.
100 people = approx. 30 lbs of shredded chicken meat.
Chickens are fowl. However, many people use the word "meat" to refer to any edible flesh.
It depends on how you look at it. I personally think that the egg came first, and then the chicken hatched from the egg. You can also see it this way-the chicken came first and then laid the egg.
So there really isn't a right answer.
The key ingredients when braising any meat are low heat, moisture, and time.
The oven or a crock pot/slow cooker usually serve as the best cooking instruments when braising because you can easily maintain a (relatively) low temperature with a fair degree of accuracy and consistency. If using the oven, a heavy dutch oven, glass or ceramic baking dish, or even an oven bag will do to hold the meat and liquid (and vegetables) while braising.
Common braising liquids are water, wine, and beef/chicken stock. These can be used separately or in combination, and contrary to common belief, the meat does not need to be completely covered by the liquid. Your dish should be covered during braising to minimize moisture loss.
Lastly, give it time. Depending on the choice of meat, you should plan on 4-8 hours cooking time at temperatures between 250-300 degrees. The best measure of doneness is whether or not you need a knife to cut it. If it's done, you won't. You should check the meat occasionally--if you can--during the braising process. Once every 30-90 minutes is enough to rotate the meat in the liquid and check for tenderness.
Larger cuts of meat such as beef and pork roasts should be seared in oil or butter before braising, while this step is often skipped for poultry. When selecting cuts of meat to braise, you want to select cheap, fatty cuts. Blade and chuck roasts work well for beef, and thighs and drumsticks are great for chicken. The time, heat, and moisture break down all the fat and connective tissue, leaving only the tender, flavorful meat behind.
An easy example of braising: throw some chicken legs and thighs into an oven bag along with barbecue sauce, a few cloves of garlic, half an onion (chopped), a dash of brown sugar, salt and pepper, a splash of liquid smoke, and a little water to loosen. Toss it in the oven at 250 before you go to work. When you come home, open the bag and remove the bones and skins (all the meat should literally fall off), drain and save the excess liquid, and shred the chicken. Wrap some meat in a large, flour tortilla along with shredded cheese, diced green onion, and some of the extra liquid for an great tasting barbecue pulled chicken wrap.
