They most certainly can. Babies begin to hear in the womb. At around 17-18 weeks babies can hear digestive sounds and things going on in their mother's bodies. Around 24-28 weeks babies can begin to hear sounds from the outside environment.

Being active and playful is typical behavior for a 7 year old girl. They are also curious, talkative, and have a vivid imagination. They can be forgetful, and do not always listen. Their minds are so busy with thoughts and ideas, it sometimes leads to poor decision making.

This term is used by occupational therapists (among others) to describe learned, automatic reactions that occur in children; these reactions then persist into adulthood. Anticipatory postural control comprises a set of strategies of postural adjustment that an individual uses to prepare for specific voluntary movements (such as catching a ball). These adjustments can be observed in advance of arm and hand movements or whole body movements. The effect is to create a stable postural base on which the intended movement can take place. Frequent exposure may cause particulates to lodge in the lungs. One case showed crystallosis in the lymph glands of a woman who used dental powder containing Tricalcium Phosphate.

Beta TCP has been banned, in some forms, for use as a bone filler.

Use only pure cornstarch as baby powder, if you use anything. Rotate the bottle with your wrist intsead of shaking the bottle. The powder will tumble through the holes gently. Never shake the powder. ANY particulate can be unhealthy when inhaled.
