Where can you get a fake child paternity test?
Wow psycho, why would you even want one. If you are the mom, step up, the dad should do the same. If you are some crazy woman trying to trap a man, you are truly disturbed. Remember, men don't stick around just because they have a kid with someone. You would just be prolonging the same tragic results. He will leave you because he never wanted to be with you in the first place. Then you just involve an innocent kid. DUMB STUFF

When you have custody of child can you claim child till they are eighteen?
The rules are related to time spent with each parent.
IRS Deduction
Regardless of any custody agreement, or court order the IRS has it's own definition of who the custodial parent is. Section 152(e)(4) defines custodial parent as the parent having custody for the greater portion of the calendar year and noncustodial parent as the parent who is not the custodial parent. If you feel that the mother may challenge this, or attempt to claim the child as well you can also double cover your back by having the Mom fill out form 8332, which basically says "I am the custodial parent of this child, and I am giving up my rights to claim the child this year. It can be found at
The IRS rule is that if you have the child for more than half of the year, and they literally mean 183 days, you are the custodial parent.
Time spent in Day Care and/or School is deducted from the total.

Can you stop voluntary termination of rights to child before court finalization?
I'm not sure, but I would think this would be similar to a birth mothert having a certain length of time to change her mind before the adoption of her baby is final. If voluntary relinquishment of parental rights has not been finalized, then you just may be able to stop it if you act in time. Contact an attorney to find out what you need to do to stop it.

When I give up parental rights do you have to pay child support in the state of Maryland?
It may help to understand the point of view of the law.
You have a child. You are responsible to care for and provide for that child until it becomes an adult. Almost nothing else matters. It doesn't matter if the child doesn't live with you, it doesn't matter if you don't get to see the child, it doesn't matter if the child hates you and wishes you were dead, it doesn't matter if the child doesn't know you from Adam's off ox. That's what child support is for, to provide for the child. If you didn't want this responsibility, the court will reason, you shouldn't have been doing the sorts of things that might result in you having a child in the first place... it's not like we have no idea what causes that.
If the child is provided for sufficiently without you paying child support, then the court has discretion in the matter. However, just "giving up your parental rights" doesn't absolve you from the requirement to make any existing or future child support payments that may be mandated by a court.
